I have been coming to this Honey Baked Ham location for years. Last year I purchased a ham and when I got it home it was burnt. I was to far away to take it back so I cut the burnt off and served it. This past Thanksgiving I order another ham and requested to look at it first. Due to Covid 19 protical, they were unbale to open the ham for me. So I took it at to my car and opened it and again it was burnt. I took it back into the store and the manager insisted that it was not burnt but it sure did not look like the picture of the ham on the counter or website. He said that it is dark due to the glazing process. He took out another ham and show it to me. It was dark as well but not as bad as the first one. I had to have it for Thansgiving dinner so I accepted it. Just look at the pictures attached and then look at the pitures on the website. I will not go back to this loaction.

I was in the area and stopped by to check out the Turkey for New Years. The two women working that day was so helpful and kind that I ended up buying a complete meal with sides and rolls. Made New Years Eve very easy for this person and I really appreciated that!

Love this food stop by for a sandwich, or take home a dinner. Whatever you choose your bound to be pleased. My two favorite sandwiches are the :Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich. Smoked Honey Baked Turkey Breast, cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion and Duke’s® buttermilk ranch on multigrain bread. Delicious! And the :Ham Classic Sandwich. Honey Baked Ham topped with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, Duke’s® mayonnaise, and hickory honey mustard on a flaky croissant.And we often take home a Full Smoked Turkey Breast Dinner. We order at the 65th St location every year. The staff is the best though they are very busy during the season. This year there was a problem with finding my on- line order- the staff fixed the problem quickly and made the visit go as usual- the best. Can't say enough about their friendly and efficient help. Will not go anywhere else.
