It was my first time at 96th location. Russel was the sweetest & super knowledgeable on the food, all the side dishes, he even makes the soup, which was amazing!! I will definitely be bringing my family back here. It was such a good turn to a bad day that I had to make a review. Thank you for the hospitality!

I have always seen this place and today I decided to stop in and check it out and I am so glad I did! I meet the Dad who ran the store and his daughter, both were beyond satisfactory and extremely helpful with menu items, this being my first time and all...I was lucky enough to get free samples! All were very delicious and huge on flavor, my personal favorite so far was the ham sandwich with a sweet sauce that I wish I knew about sooner in life lol and the broccoli coleslaw!! I will be coming back for lunch everyday for the foreseeable future!! Thank God for Honey Baked Ham 🙌🏾

Staff were ok. Not friendly but efficient. The food: gross! We bought ham, turkey, and sides. They ham had a thick layer of what seemed to be brown sugar in top of it. Scraped it off, but the ham itself was just average (think of prepackaged ham slices from the grocery and you’re on track). The turkey tasted like ham. The sides (cornbread dressing, baked beans, Au gratin potatoes, macaroni and cheese) were just horrible! We were trying to make Christmas easier and ended up throwing almost all of it away. Next year, we will either cook or go for Chinese.

A very pleasant suprise!!!!! We traveled to this location to pickup our annual holiday ham since the Lafayette location closed, and we were glad we did. Our ham was ready in the size we requested, as we arrived. While visiting we were offered samples of their ready to eat food. And man, I wasn’t ready. The ham/bean soup. The turkey/bean soup. Crazy. We were even offered samples of the chicken salad. Just get it. So good! Lastly the spinach dip. Man….couldn’t leave without it. Soooo good. Go check out Russell and the good folks off 96th st.

Stopped in to grab lunch and was greeted by the manager Russel. He was welcoming and provided truly great service. Loved the honeybaked sandwich and broccolini slaw. Wish I had known about this placer sooner!

I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by the manager, and he walked me through the sauces they had for sale. He made me a sandwich, it was called The Honeybaked. Hands down the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. He told me it would be the best one I've ever had, and he wasn't lying! They made a lifelong customer today. Can't wait to bring my family in to try! Thank you!!! 10/10 recommend

Russell and his entire staff were some of the most hospitable people I’ve met & they went out of their way to service us. My toddler and I enjoyed our sandwiches. Everything was fresh & delicious! This establishment is clean & operated at a high level. 10/10 recommend! Thank you again Russell :)
