The staff was amazing on a very busy day with the big 10 championship going on. We got to hooters at 9 am waited till thy opened. We were greeted by an amazing staff that treated our group of 12 extremely well. Jaclyn was our server for the night, she keeped our cups full and our stomachs full as well. 100s of people came through those doors and they treat everyone very well. Now for the food... cooperate you suck because you changed the sauses which was a staple of your business. The new sauses are horrible and need to find some way to change them back. But all in all we had an amazing time from 9am till 6pm for our all day adventure before the game!!

Worst experience we've ever had at a restaurant! Service was terrible, same as the manager who was twice as bad.

Came here before the pacer games last night. Service was trash. Silverware was dirty. Took over an hour to get our food. The wings now apparently made with a butter base now…Trash… curly fries were hot at least…also all the cute servers must have went to the game because C-squad was in attendance at this restaurant this night. Overall wouldn’t not recommend…Ever.

We were seated when not many people were there then completely ignored after not even getting a chance to get a drink, but when people started coming in after us they got their drinks and everything after 30 minutes of waiting we left still getting ignored.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Food was cold service was horrible. We waited 15-20 minutes for our bar beverages and it’s dead. Our food sat on the warmer while the waitress was sitting in a booth. They said they were “out” of blue cheese crumbles for a buffalo chicken salad and the tomatoes were soo small you couldn’t even taste them. Also the burger was so overcooked it was like a hockey puck. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

The wings were great and the Philly cheesesteak quesadilla was exceptionally good. Our server was top notch.

Food was good except some of the wings were slightly overcooked. Service was good until I paid and the waitress took over 15 minutes to bring back my change.

Food was ok, however overpriced and no sides come with wings. Staff didn’t come around very often and parking was expensive in the neighborhood

The Wings had very little breading and the basket had a lot of grease, the wings were sitting in it. Worst wings I ever had at Hooters Ever.
