Let me start off by saying Our servers fingernails were dirty and so far Shannons service has been a 2/5 ..... we've been waiting on our food for about 20 minutes now and it's not a lot of ppl here ...our table was kind of dirty when Shannon sat us she did not care to wipe down the seats or table... I ordered the chipotle honey and spicy garlic boneless wings and curly fries the food was cold had to send it back waiting on new food... new food came, and it was worse than the first time our server walked away from us in frustration she started becoming very animated with her hands while talking to me and my boyfriend and was not able to continue doing her job so we just moved to the bar and we're re-ordering our whole meal with the bartender I feel like the manager did not do well and checking her and her breath smelled like liqour .... We have wasted a lot of time here and we are still waiting on our food. So we finally got the boneless wings and they're kind of overcooked not as good as they usually are when we come here fire the server and fire the cook.

I stopped by this Hooters for lunch and was surprised at how empty it was. I was told the bar is closed and I will have to wait to be seated. No bartender? Really? I was seated in a booth, and I noticed it wasn't just my booth with ripped seats. Ripped seats shows a serious lack of care in the restaurant. Despite the restaurant having very few customers it took a while for me to get service. I was starting to think I should leave. Thankfully, my server Mya came over just in time and she was awesome. Despite it being her first day, she gave me great service with a smile. I ordered a typical Hooters order, an adult beverage, wings and fries. The wings were the same delicious wings you can expect to get at any Hooters. Mya and the wings saved this Hooters from a very bad review. But there is certainly room for improvement.

This is one of the nicest Hooters locations I've been to! The server was awesome and very friendly! The food was hot, fresh and delicious!!
First time I’d been to one of these in a couple decades. Food was okay. Beer was cold. They were short staffed and the team worked hard but things were slow. I’m not sure I’d go back.
We came to Indianapolis for the WWETT show. Came to Hooters twice and had Maddie wait on us . She gave us wonderful service and had the best personality. Food was great both times. Definitely will be coming back next year. Thank you for keeping Maddie here!
Servers were rude. No one greets you at the door to let you know they aren’t taking any reservations so you’re just standing there to be told they aren’t sitting anyone. Meanwhile people are just walking to the bar that walk right in. No type of organization when it comes to seating. I went initially to watch a football game and no one could accommodate a seat once I finally got one. The next person that came in was waiting for a while just like I was and then had no where to sit once they told him he could sit at the bar. Poor guy was just standing watching the game because they couldn’t open any tables around the bar. Little communication and manners go a long way.
