Since when did Hooters girls stop being friendly and start being really bad at their jobs. I'm guessing this is the reason they're going bankrupt, their parking lot is empty and Twin Peaks parking lot down the street was packed. The food was cold and I mean ice cold. They were out of a couple of drinks that we ordered and the bartender, the really rude one, was not knowledgeable about what she had behind the bar. But that's the look now, when you don't know something, you need to get defensive and rude so that you can deflect. The atmosphere was fine. It looked like a regular old Hooters, just really, really empty.

Ambiance was great as always. Greated warmly by Elieya. My beer was never empty and delivered promptly, major plus. The wings and fries were everything you'd expect from hooters, awesome.

Hooters used to have the best grilled chicken sandwich, now that sandwich is only average. The part that always impresses me(besides the attractive women), is the wings, still the best I've eaten. The owl joint still serves an entire chicken wing! No 1/3 of a chicken wing like wingstop. Great place to eat drink beer and watch ppv events!

Good was very tough to eat - boneless wings were 80% breading. Burger was not good at all - quality of meat was chewy - nasty.

We had 7 adults, 3 children, 1 baby. Seated quickly as there were only about 5 tables. Drinks took 20 mins to get. 1 family we were with ordered chili cheese fries with the drink order. After drinks were there, our family ordered Buffalo shrimp and chili nachos. That came out quick but the chili cheese fries for 1st family didn't come out until just before the dinner food. It took a while for refills (about 10 mins each time) and to get our change when we paid cash was 10 mins. Not 1 of us got silverware we asked for. Server was trying to do too many things at 1 time. 3 waitresses, 1 hostess. I only seen her at 1 other table and others brought our food. I did see team up on other tables with food. Every time we looked for her, nowhere to be seen and the drink station is visible. Arrived 5:30ish, left 7:18. The food was awesome. Love the flavor of the spicy garlic sauce I tried. Buffalo shrimp and the other forced finger food was awesome. Server just couldn't stay on task. I'm not the type to write bad reviews.

This location has terrible service. I ordered online at 7:00pm, The email confirmation said pickup was 7:32. When we arrived for pick up, it was not ready. We waited another 45 min and still never got our food. At 8:15 I requested a refund. The bartender wrote my name and phone number on a napkin and said I should see a refund in 3-4 days! That did not sit well, since I had no proof that I never received my food. I then asked to speak to a manager and she wrote her name and the word refund on a napkin, as if that were my proof! We will NEVER return to this location. The last 2 times we had extremely long wait times for food as well. We were never able to speak to a manager as they wouldn't come out of the kitchen. Each time the excuse is "well, we are short staffed." No thank you. Do BETTER!
Did a on line order for wings a Caesar salad and a garden salad. It was to be 31 min. We my husband got there he had to wait anotherv10 to 15 min. Ordered no croutons both came with croutons. I receive 2 Caesar salads and not a garden. The past couple of times we ordered on line there was something wrong with the order. When he went in said it wasn't very busy. I really don't have a problem with people talking when not busy. Just next time make sure my order is right before fun time.

Was there earlier today. When cashing out the bartender didn't even ask if I wanted change, she just put it all in her tip bucket. The floors were dirty, dust covering the vents & the bathroom floors sticky due to piss and obvious water damage to the stalls. The "BOGO" deal doesn't include traditional wings, atleast the food was decent but overall a horrendous experience, no wonder these are closing down.
