Ordered boneless wings to go and they were hardly edible. The chicken was slimy and tasted off. Ended up throwing them away.

Had a date Saturday night got drinks n food n spent 117 after tax and tip just for my date to wind up with food poisoning don't eat the shrimp tacos. Our waitress was really nice though and did a wonderful job.
Let me start by saying that the place was not busy. We stood there for at least 5 mins b4 anyone talked to us about getting us a table. It was another 5/10 mins b4 the server came to the table, 10 mins for her to take our order. Then it took 40mins for our food (30 wings, tater tots and fries).The food was edible but not worth $50. I can get frozen food at walmart that tastes better and cooks faster.The server had no personality, Was not friendly, and she very was slow.

Our waitress Nicole was great!!But greenwood Hooters definitely is not the same anymore! Everytime my military brothers come into town its our thing to go to hooters in greenwood. Never again!! 1st off the booths are tore and in awful shape. So we asked to move to the tall stools. NO BETTER!! They were very wobbly and in very poor condition. Didn't even feel safe sitting in them. The floor looks like they tore the flooring out and left it. Then get our fried pickles, worst fried pickles I've ever had! Overall the worst restaurant experience I have had in a really long time. Won't be making that long drive again..I've done maybe 3 reviews in my life. 2 good and this 1. So have no idea how to put pictures or I would!

It's pretty sad when a waitress sits down next to your husband almost in his lap. Not exaggerating. He had to get her attention to take my order. Then I asked for a drink refill and couldn't get one. While he had gotten 3 drink refills. She thought flirting with my husband was going to get her a tip. Just so happened I was paying joke is on her. No tip.

Our waiter was cool, she was kind of new!! They took forever with the food, we spoke with manager and also ordered to go for a family member and that took forever. Wings came out wrongs twice!!! Cool, we still paid and left waitress a cash tip. The bartender is rude!!! I asked a question to the kitchen staff and she butt in, which had nothing to do with her and made it a skin color battle when it had nothing to do with that! Yall need to do better and have equipped and professional individuals working your establishment! I will NEVER come back here and I’ll make sure anyone I know or encounter steer clear of this location. It’s sad and ridiculous!

People waiting more than 1hr no one care there need better
Last 3 times we have been here the service was horrible. Waited at the counter 20 minutes to be seated then when we went to the bar to ask if we were going to be helped we were told it would be a 30 min wait. Multiple servers and the manager walked by us and didn’t say a thing. It wasn’t busy at all with most of the tables empty and no one even acknowledged us.. other times we were told the manager fired all the cooks and left. Definitely needs new management.

Waited 45 mins for my family's food.place looked empty there was a party of 10 but come on fry food dnt take 40 mins.im a kitchen manager if that was my store I would of jump in the kitchen,asked for the manager n said "I got u" an than found a screw in my daughter's fries.some one needs to get fire,an I still had to pay $100 dollars.last time we come here.i felt bad for there servers(she did great)I even offer her a job.

This place has gone down hill. The seats are completely ripped up, the spaces are dirty, our food was cold and the the service was mediocre at best. Honestly, if the place wasn’t so worn down and there wasn’t dirty dishes all over the place, the food might have tasted better.

Absolutely the worst restaurant I’ve been in in a while The place looked really dirty, and the food wasn’t even hot after I waited 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready that just doesn’t even make sense and the order wasn’t even right and I called to speak with the manager, and all I wanted was a refund on the food that I paid for that they did not give me and they told me I would have to drive all the way back to get my refund they make you pay for the food before you get there cause they know once you get there and you see the environment you are more than likely just cancel your order which is what I should have done
