It was hooters food and it was disgusting. I never would've ordered from hooters but on ubereats they go under different names but it all comes from their kitchen.

Ordered boneless wings, ending up getting served traditional. No big deal but they were terrible. Won't be going back due to food and service.

Ian even realized this joint had a 1 star ratingbut anywho, i use to work here and i'd say, DONT. These people (managers) (if they even have one atm) are so unorganized, talk to their workers like shit, treat their workers like shit, etc. It was just a trash experience overall. The money was not good either..So many girls came and quit right after the first week or day. If you're thinking this is a cute, gurly, fun experience.. then you're gonna be in for a rude awakening. No respect whatsoever

Worst service EVER!! I'm not sure if the girl was new but it seemed like she definitely didn't want to work. We came in and were seated and when the waitress came over to ask what we wanted to drink, I asked for a Blue Moon. The waitress said sure. Came back about 10 minutes later and said they were changing the keg(no worries) ordered food. Were brought the food. My burger had no toppings which I asked for and no mustard either. Had to stop another waitress to get mustard because ours hadn't come back by. (still no problem) The waitress comes over and says they're out of the beer so I asked for Kentucky Bourbon Barrel which she said they had. Continued eating. We were finished with our food so I flagged down another waitress ( which by the way, they probably had 7 people at 3 different tables eating/drinking with 4 girls+bartender+2 managers) and said don't worry about the beer. Still hadn't seen my waitress so we got up and walked to the register. She shows up and rings me up. I hand her cash for the bill and she says "we don't have any cash here. I have to go to the bar and get change" Are you kidding me?! She walks off and the managers gives her change and she comes back to the register and hands me my change. Now... I get it, things happen... but no, I'm sorry I'm new or sorry about the wait on the beer, or sorry your order wasn't right, or sorry we didn't have change.... Just a mess!! We were there for almost 2 hours!! Crazy!

I suppose if you have to disguise your gross hooters food under "hooties ______" then you should probably just give up.

Good customer service with friendly waitresses, seemed a bit understaffed though. Only around 2-3 people were running the entire restaurant in the front including the bar during lunch hours. Some of the floors were oddly sticky and you could audibly hear it & feel it while walking. Food was mediocre at best, very salty fries & the grilled chicken on the sandwich was overcooked & burnt. Cold onion rings also. Definitely not worth the money spent, one of the few bad experiences we had this weekend for our friend's bachelor party.

It was a shift change at the bar and no one could figure out how to switch the register to the new bartender. All the managers were too busy with a photo shoot with the waitresses, and couldn't disturbed. One manager finally came over, but locked up the register. I tried ordering food, but with the registered locked, they couldn't/wouldn't take my food order, not even writing it down, although they served drinks to everyone else. After being ignored for another 20 minutes, I left. Apparently, the photo shoot was more important than paying customers.

Excellent wings!!! Our server, Gracie, was working just as fast as she could!!! The ambiance is of typical Hooters! We met the manager, Jill, as well today. She is working HARD to make this specific location the very best it can be! Y'all need to dine here! Highly recommended!!!!!!

The absolute, worst experience I've had. My wife's fish and chips were over cooked. My food was cold to the touch where the cheese that was melted was already glazed and hard from it being cold. My fries were cold to the touch where I had to reheat my food in my microwave. The food gave me a bad stomach ache where please believe I will not order from here again.

Food was good. Took forever to get it. The people the walked it right before us got their food and left before we got ours. We ordered maybe 5 mins after them.

Order a burger expecting it to come as is and ended up with this. If this is a home run burger they should change the name to strikeout cause this was a swing and a miss. I definitely wouldn’t advice people to order online from here.

OK - I was hear YEARS ago (before I moved to Detroit, then Los Angeles), but now I'm back in Indy. Saw some of these crappy reviews, and it brought back memories from the "dark times" of yesteryear. HOWEVER, let me be the first to say that THIS Hooters should feel completely redeemed.I had to be in the office (on a Saturday), and wanted to end the day with my favorite Hooters meal (Daytona, naked all drums with curly fries and a couple of craft brews). I stopped in here because it was on the way (vis-a-vis the Hooters in Greenwood), and WOW, what an improvement. I sat at the bar, which made it even better. I was served by Taylor, whom I would consider "Best-in-Class" at her craft. Super courteous, an amazing multi-tasker, worked at 100 MPH, and friendly all the time. I kept glancing at the kitchen staff (remember, I was sitting at the bar), and couldn't help but notice an on-the-ball petite lady (looked quite intelligent in the eyes) who definitely appeared to be in charge. The kitchen (at least from my vantage point) looked to be running like a sewing machine. Yes, food was not only on par, but BETTER than I remember from any prior Hooters experiences (most recent was in Dayton, OH about a year ago), and the place just kept on impressing me.Great craft beer selection (Quaff On, Daredevil, Goose Island - the gang was all here!), and I will most definitely be back.Oh -- the petite gal in the kitchen? I asked, and she is the GM. Wow - that's someone who takes charge and really wants THIS Hooters to be the best in class. They're well on their way. Kudos.

#1 - their menu doesn't have prices and the waitresses don't know the prices either, so you could be ordering a pretty expensive meal through knowing it! I ordered a kids meal for myself, my son and husband had chicken strips, no fries, and we ordered the buffalo shrimp appetizer. Husband and I both had water and son had a soda. Our total was $54 before tax!2 - unless you are a group of men, or friends of a server, you will have a hard time getting the attention of your server. We waited and waited for drink refills and finally walked over to the drink station and refilled our own, no one even noticed.3 - we went in at 8:45 on a week night and they weren't busy, it our appetizer took 30 minutes to arrive. Our next visit will be a long time from now, not impressed. (And we used to go there at least monthly)

Waited 45 minutes for our wings and Buffalo shrimp to come out and both were cold. Someone please explain to me how this happens. ‍Will say, tater tots came out 10 minutes after the wings, and they were hot. ‍
