I don't understand the Hot Box slander because my meal deal was only $25 and was delicious! Back in February, they had a Riley meal deal where you paid $25 for a large one-topping pizza, breadsticks, one dipping sauce, a dessert, and two drinks. That's much more than you get at any other pizza joint for that price! I placed the order on their website for pickup in Broad Ripple. This location is closest to my apartment, but it's a little tough because the parking is not great. I am pretty sure I parked in a lot for another business, but I had no idea where else to park so I just risked it for the sake of the pizza. I came right at my pick-up time, but I still had to wait about 10 minutes. It wasn't a huge deal, but I was sweating that I would come back with a ticket on my car. Thankfully this didn't happen! I will say that every hot box location is pretty dead on the inside and honestly a little grimy. I doubt people actually eat inside often. We feasted when I got home with the food, and it was delicious!! A large pizza goes a long way for a family of two, so we had leftovers for lunch the next day. My favorite thing about Hot Box is their ranch. Both their breadsticks and their pizza dipped in the ranch are amazing. We had plenty of breadsticks left over for the following night (in which we dipped them in chili!) The drinks were standard in their plastic. reusable cups. I wished we had gotten the Riley-edition cups, but they gave us Christmas leftover cups instead. Lastly, we had their cookie pizza. We each had a slice the night we got it with a glass of milk. It was quite tasty. I love chocolate chip cookies in general, so a slice of chocolate chip cookie "pizza" was no different. We saved the leftovers for the next couple of days. I am extremely happy with our purchase at Hot Box! We don't get pizza too often, but it's definitely a place I would order from if it's in close proximity.

My daughter suggested Hot Box, while I was visiting Indy. I live in a small town that has no less than 15 pizzerias within a 5 mile radius of my home. The Popeye's on thin crust was so amazing that I asked her to bring me one (a couple?) the next time she comes home! I wonder if there is any way it would survive the several hour trip...The thin crust is the thinnest and crispest I've ever had - utterly mindblowing! We also had a Heavy Veggie, which was incredible - tender crust, plenty of veggies and just the right amount of sauce.I highly recommend this pizza - wish we could have one here at home!Parking: It was a dark Saturday night in Broadripple, and I wasn't familiar with where all the parking was located, but managed to find a spot in a lot fairly easily.

this was the second time that the same disrespectful delivery man has came with full attitude about his tip and let's you know it the first time he said this is it ?? and walked around cussing u set his breathe today the order was 19.91 my boss left 20.00 he snatched the money and repeated the amount I said that's what she left he said so this isn't for you I said no he again said some smart remarks u set his breather walked around shaking his head I called the store this time because you choose your job and tips are optional I told the manger only for her to say ok thanks that's it no sorry about the bad experience no what's your name email it will be the last time and we are a daycares center and try order for the kids and employees but no one deserves to be treated like this and we spending money BUT I WILL ALSO ADD corporate just called totally nice guy apologize for the driver and he didn't sound happy so Iam glad he reach out because I was dead set on never returning but after his call I will still buy because inside I've never had that experience THANK YOU CORPORATE

Best breadsticks AND cheese dip you will ever eat. I have been eating Hot Box for years. I used to love the Carmel location, then moved to Westfield. I quit eating it because the one near me isn’t very good. However, I stopped in Broad Ripple to grab some stix. Wow!! They were perfectly soft and hot, with the best cheese. This place must be under new management, because last time I was here, it wasn’t this good. Can’t wait to come back!
