This place is an embarrassment to the pizza industry when I first started working here as a delivery driver. It was well structured well put together until Paul left the place they hire anybody and everybody just to have an able body employees don’t wash their hands. They eat their food on the prepping table. They don’t clean regularly. The management is the worst ever and no I did get fired from this place so I’m not trying to downgrade it it’s just not a great place to be, I quit myself because of new management hopefully things get better This place is falling apart slowly Gabe is losing thousands of dollars yearly and just don’t even notice. He needs the proper people in place in the downtown restaurant. If not it will be an epic fail the two managers at night boyfriend and husband and wife. They are awful. They let all the employees do what they want they have no values to management it’s crazy I could even tell they were management when I walked in that place they look like regular workers Thomas and Maria suck at their positions very bad, poor skills, poor management skills, poor living skills, poor life skills. They are a waste of air.

Decent pizza from time to time, but consistently terrible service when it comes to delivery. Late delivery, wrong food delivered, etc. Not great resolution of issues, either.

Ok, I have had pizza, this is some of the best I've had. If I come back to Indy I will be getting some Pizza here. The prices are super reasonable and the food is great. Not to mention the friendly staff, not only did they do an excellent job and get our pizza out fast, they also were joking around being very social, which is greatly appreciated.

Don't eat to health violation. The employees don't wear gloves. Sometimes they don't wash there hands. I have it on record in my phone . This one employee always chase customers away say things . He doesn't like kids and kids disgusting. That it upsets the customer and they left

Ordered the large 1 topping with breadsticks and 2 drinks, and also order a small pepperoni. Approach the counter after 25min, after the girl taking orders was bringing everyone who had ordered after me theirs, and was told oh we're cutting it now. They hadn't made my small pepperoni and my large had been sitting waiting to be picked up. The. The guy making pizzas told me he had to make my 2nd pizza. Sad part is I would have bet money I watched him throw away my original small pizza. So 40 total minutes, with my large pizza being 20min old and cold I get handed my order and a "sorry for the wait." Well what about the cold pizza and failed service...for $40 you'd think they'd offer something to try and make up for it. But this location serves drunk people most of the time and can slack on customer service. Super disappointing. Why not go to the dominos closer to my house next time

First time at Hotbox Pizza in awhile service has greatly improved. Met the amazing staff Paul Mandy and John The Spring Pie pizza was amazing. Good to see some amazing staff.
