The experience in all was terrible! Nats were everywhere and hovering over food. There was a foul stench, pizza makers didn’t wear gloves, mind you his nails were long and disgusting underneath! Ice had something black in it. The soda machine clearly hasn’t been cleaned because there was a cloudy film on top. The quality of the pizza gave old. In the morning the girl at the register was rude and on her phone! While grabbing my cups she grabbed the interior of them with her bare hands! That is absolutely disgusting, people can get sick like that!

First time trying. For the price I expected a lil bit better quality. Pizza crust tasted premade. Italian sausage was sliced so thin it was like little hockey pucks on my pizza, dogs enjoyed them. Pizza Salad and Wings were really good. Bread sticks and pizza not so much.

I know workers do a better job in a comfortable environment but, long nails to touch the food? Sleeping shorts? pijamas? Bed clothes as uniform? Sandals and socks In a place where you sell food? That’s disgusting! Lack of hygiene coming from here! At least make sure your bed clothes are clean if you are going to work like that they all were dirty! I will never order from here I used to do it for delivery and I just wanted to stop by. Eww!

So, hot box now has a $5 delivery charge that does not go the driver. So the you have to tip on top of it. So essentially you are paying $10+ for delivery on top of the food.

We were visiting from out of town, this place is next to the Hotel. Walked innat 9:24pm and we were greeted, order placed and out the door in less than 15mins. Pizza was good, bread sticks and cheese were phenomenal! We will definitely be back next time in town.

12/19/24 - changing my review from yesterday, which was 5 stars. I ordered 2 pizzas again today and was thoroughly disappointed. They must have different pizza makers working today. I ordered a large hot box and a big al fredo with extra chicken.
Both crusts were very doughy and under cooked. The hot box I got today looked nothing like the one I got yesterday. Very skimpy on ingredients. I ordered extra chicken on the al fredo. What I got was barely enough chicken to even qualify as a single topping.
Today's pizzas reminded me of the frozen pizzas you buy at Walmart, and using a microwave to heat them up. Not good.
What I've learned is that this store is not consistent with the quality and value of the food they provide. I will not order again, because if I can't expect the same quality and value for my money at a restaurant day-to-day, I don't want to waste my time ordering and not knowing if it's going to be good or bad. Which makes me sad because yesterday's pizzas were both great. :(

Ordered via doordash, so don't know how the atmosphere of the restaurant was, but this was amazing pizza. The toppings and cheese were delicious, and hit the taste buds perfectly. The cheesebread we ordered was also amazing. It's like they took a whole bag of string cheese and melted it over a crust. Highly recommend, and if we're in this area again, will definitely order again!
