I love coming here the pizza is always great! The only thing I could complain about is that I never get my correct amount of sauces. I am a frequent customer here and every time I come I always have to double check my sauces. I ordered extra ranch and extra cheese with my order today and I asked if they had the correct amount of cheese sauce and they forgot one. I should’ve asked for the ranch because I was also shorted on one of my ranches, I didn’t notice until I got home. This happens almost every single time I come here and like I said, I come very often. The food is always great and the people are nice. I just wish they’d read the orders more carefully.

I placed my order over the phone. Picked it up. Was greeted as I walked in. I was even told that I could get half off my order on Monday since the Colts scored. So, of course, I had to order two days in a row. My pizza was hot and fresh. (I was being greedy and burnt my mouth).

Place has gone downhill very stingy with toppings i received a skimpy pizza manager re made it but charged me for additional toppings which should have been there in the first place.
I love hotbox, but this location is the worst. Their delivery timing is not even close.... After waiting an hour after the delivery timeframe and two calls I was told they would push my order to the front. Silly me, I thought they'd remake the pizza. No... i got 2 hour old pizza. Way to knock it out of the park!

We have been frequenting Hot Box pizza in Pike for several years and it has always been good pizza. Today it was awful. The pizza was not fully cooked, there was sauce globs under the cheese. We spent $23 on this meal and had to throw it out. I am very disappointed and will think twice before choosing Hot Box Pizza again.

Loved this place for years. Unfortunately it must be under new management. This location has gone to hell in a hand basket. The last 4 times I have ordered it took forever. When it does arrive it's cold from sitting 1 to 2 hours before delivery. Tried to place an order last week and the person working the phone was so rude I went elsewhere. Tried placing an order today and no delivery driver on a Saturday night.
