Above average coffee, below average service. Older lady working the counter seemed like I was really making her day difficult by simply placing an order. Came from out of town per recommendation and will be pointing people elsewhere when asked in the future. Frustrating experience to say the least.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. I got a cranberry scone which was really good and my husband had a Leos eatery sandwich he seemed to like. We both had vanilla flavored drinks that were a bit too sweet for our liking but that’s nobodies fault but our own I’d just suggest ordering half sweet if you’re not a fan of a lot of syrup. The only complaint I had was the cleanliness of the dining room. Crumbs all over most of the tables and all over the floors and we moved to sit in the back corner which seemed neglected since it looked like someone poured or spilled something down the wall and it had been there a while. Overall really good drinks and service though.

Nice pastries. Decent coffee. Lots of space to sit around. Nothing comfortable chairs and tables

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up onto the sidewalk, not a wheelchair friendly door

Coffee is good. Service was horrible. I was trying to buy a bag of decaf. I could not find any so I went up and asked. The girl said it would be out with the other coffee. I said I do t see it. She said the print for decaf is really small and hard to see. I said I can’t read the small print and don’t know what I am looking for. Then I asked if there was someone else in the back or someone else that could help. She said no and that she could look in a little while. So she just charged me for my cup of coffee and moved on to someone else. I will not go back here just because of her service. She should be fired. Very rude.

Really disappointed - staff was rude and everyone seemed like they either hated being there (and wanted to take it out on customers) or just didn't care. A staff member snapped at me because I almost took the wrong drink (understandable and it happens) but it was the exact drink I ordered but in a different size (that was not announced). Really disappointed because based on the reviews I didn't expect anyone to bite my head off

Coffee is so so, and the atmosphere is trendy industrial. I prefer places with their own character.

Took my grandkids there for lunch...that had some sort of fun sparkling drink, I had tea. Lunch was more than enough....very good. Inviting place and cozy. We will be back!

Had a craving for a Healthy Elephant. It was excellent (espresso, banana, pb, blended with ice). Rich brews and a spacious remodel makes this a great place to sit and work.

Parking: Expanded parking lot makes it super easy.

I had a morning coffee meeting at Hubbard and Cravens. I have always loved their coffee and get it every time I got it the farmers market. I am glad I got to go in person too! The staff was so nice and I got the peppermint matcha iced drink! Everyone was so kind and accomodating. The place was perfect for the meeting and I also got a breakfast sandwhich! I loved the sandwhich so much and can’t wait to schedule more meetings here in the future!

I love this shop it’s the perfect place to work remote you can always find a seat and usually one with an outlet. Their baked goods are incredible my favorite is their cinnamon roll but they have some great wraps and lots of vegan options!

Parking: Usually always a spot in the lot but plenty of street spaces nearby.

Hubbard & Cravens Coffee Co, in an attempt to sidestep the ubiquitous Starbucks experience, unfortunately, mirrored it more than I hoped. The coffee shop had that typical hipster vibe which is usually appealing, but it lacked the uniqueness and warmth that can make these places stand out.Upon entering, I noticed the staff seemed rather indifferent. They didn't seem particularly welcoming as I approached the menu, and there was a noticeable hesitation as I made my way to order, which felt a bit unwelcoming. The pricing also left something to be desired. I ordered an Acai Refresher, which came out to nearly $7 after tax and tip. For that price, I was expecting something exceptional, but what I received was pretty standard fare that didn't distinguish itself much from what you might find at a larger chain like Starbucks.Overall, while I was hoping for a unique coffee shop experience that would offer something different from the standard chain offerings, Hubbard & Cravens felt all too familiar in not the best ways. It might serve as a convenient stop for a quick caffeine fix, but it didn't live up to the expectations set by its ambiance or price.
