Great fresh food and great service!

I told her I cant eat spicy but gave me very spicy anyway. The prices are very misleading. I ended up paying over $19 for 1 salad. Really?? I will never go back!

The food is overall good, but the portions of veggies/toppings were quite small for $13.50 - I see other generous portions in reviews, but my bowl was 1/3 of the way full. I did get 5 falafel, which I think is a fair amount for the price.

I ordered online and there is about 1 tbsp of most things in my bowl. Generous with the hummus (about 1/4 c of all 3 that I chose), but a very tiny amount of couscous, 5 shreds of cabbage, 1 tbsp of cucumber, and then other items were just skipped entirely (beets, Lemon & olive oil). Maybe ordering in person gets you a more generous serving. I would skip the kalamata olive hummus and the kalamata olives next time, as it they both had a weird bitter/offputting flavor that I could not place. I normally love olives!

This is my 3rd or 4th time at Hummus Republic. The food is consistently excellent. Today I tried the Earth Burger. This this is HUGE and delicious (I have enough for at least one more meal)! Sweet potato fries - excellent, and I tried their new cinnamon sugar pita chips - WOW! Tahini Shake is super tasty. My only recommendation on the shake is that they need larger (circumference) straws. A regular straw is too narrow for this thick shake. Thank you for coming to Surprise, you are a GREAT addition to the area❣

food is pretty good i like ordering from here every now & then. The service is pretty awful though and the environment is not very welcoming. The staff is not very friendly and it’s always dead silent and empty in there. We always feel rushed when ordering so i’d recommend just ordering online and picking up. also food is a little pricey, but the portions are usually big for the bowls.

The food here was great, and a nice healthier change of pace from the typical fast food options in the area. However, the staff needs to do some serious work on their service. I ordered online around 11:15am, and it said the order would be ready between 11:45am-12:00pm. I arrived just after 12:00. There was no clear instruction on where to go for online orders so I went to the cash register. I stood there for 10-15 minutes watching them serve other customers. Never made eye contact with me or acknowledged me in any way. Another person who looked like a door dash driver came up to the register and was acknowledged immediately by the staff. Waited around a little longer, still nothing. Finally decided to go to the other end of the store where walk-ins start their order. Only then could I get their attention. By then it was 12:15 and find out that my order hadn't even been started yet 1 hour after being placed. They put it together and then just sat it on the counter. The lady didn't even look at me or say anything to me. Just sat it down. I doubt I'll go back due to this experience, but if I do (cause the food was solid), I sure won't be ordering online!

This location doesn’t have the friendliest staff. When my order was incorrect, I came back to let one of the staff members know. The gentleman rolled his eyes and called his fellow coworker (lady) and both argued with me about the order. I informed them of the issue, then they both proceeded to throw together a quick messy fix on the order. I didn’t want to cause a fuss so I left, but I will never go to this location again. I had better service and food at the AVON location to ever deal with this issue.

It was like an Indian food version of Blaze Pizza. You pick bowl wrap or sandwich and build what you want from options. I got mostly spicy stuff and it was really good they have 6 different lemonades. I suggest strawberry lychee. Will go again

Delicious, fresh, Halal, Mediterranean food! Very nice people run this place. The juices were delicious (I recommend the cucumber jalapeño lemonade) and the hummus varieties were a nice change to plain hummus. The falafel were better than my homemade falafel. And try the freshly fried pita chips with hummus. Be patient as it’s only 2 people working, it’s worth the wait!!

My first time here with my daughter. Food was delicious and we're looking forward to coming back. Having a juice drink, smoothie bowl, and lemon chicken pita bread was our dinner and did not disappoint. The variety of hummus and sauces were the best part of tasting more than just one base ingredient. The worker, was helpful and offered choices for each step.
