Hummus Republic

This is my 3rd or 4th time at Hummus Republic. The food is consistently excellent. Today I tried the Earth Burger. This this is HUGE and delicious (I have enough for at least one more meal)! Sweet potato fries - excellent, and I tried their new cinnamon sugar pita chips - WOW! Tahini Shake is super tasty. My only recommendation on the shake is that they need larger (circumference) straws. A regular straw is too narrow for this thick shake. Thank you for coming to Surprise, you are a GREAT addition to the area❣

I've been waiting for a place line this to open up in the area. Excellent bowls with a ton of fresh ingredients, hummus varieties, toppings and sauces to choose from. Great portion sizes too!

The food was good, however I bought 2 bottle diet Pepsi’s with my to go order and both expired in March of 2024 and its October. I tried to call and give you a heads up but the number listed is not a working number.

It was the first time visiting and it was delicious! It has all fresh ingredients, healthy, great for vegetarians and great selection. Will definitely be visiting often.

My wife and I got bowls, and the food is amazing. It's a little pricey for a normal place to eat out. Having been to the Mediterranean and Middle East I can say the food is authentic and enjoyable! The lemonade is amazing!! ?

Visiting the area for work and found this gem. The food is so fresh tasting and truly delicious. Had a pita and some hummus. The hummus with warm chips is amazing! Will definitely be back

Just amazing! My wife had a bowl and the kids and I had pitas.
Incredibly generous portions, so many flavor options and each one was just the best!
Dolpadas are the best I've ever had anywhere!
Service was incredible and the ladies were so friendly and helpful when we were deciding. One came to out table just now to apologize for the wait while she made fresh lamb gyro for our pitas.
Nice to know that we are eating fresh delicious food. We will definitely be returning again and again!

Overall my experience was ok. I was a little disappointed that the side of falafel did not come with any spread/dressing/dip - I ended up paying $40 for lunch which honestly is way above my means. Also the Dolmades were 2 for $1 as an add on but the side of 5 was $5. I wanted a side but didn't realize that I could have just gotten 4 for $2 instead of getting 5 for $5. I wish the server would have worked with me to make sure I understood my options since I was also buying a build your own pita. The falafel is tasty but would have been so much better with a side of the tzatziki . The pita chips and the hummus I did get was ok - the traditional hummus has zero flavor though.

If we could rate this 10 stars, I would. Food was amazing. Service was excellent. Highly recommend hummus republic. We will be back again and again. New favorite spot in traders point!
