Our family ordered takeout and all the food was delicious and service was fantastic, very friendly. Hard to speak to the atmosphere going with takeout, but did seem very chill and like it would be a great place to hang out with family and friends for dinner. The food was very good and plentiful. We had a little bit of everything from lasagna, to baked penne, chicken marsala, and pizza. The kids raved about the spaghetti and meatballs as well. Highly recommend!

Very friendly atmosphere and service. When we arrived around 7pm, the place was bustling, and there was significant noise. The noise died down as the evening progressed. Very traditional Italian menu, as well as pizza. I got the Chicken Piccata and my spouse got the Chicken Marsala. The chicken tasted wonderful, and it was tender, which made this a nice comfort level. The menu boasts that this family run, passing through 4 generations since the early 20th century. And most of the staff were in the family. That's amazing.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family restaurant. There are simple choices for the kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: The is an old restaurant with tight spaces between the tables. However, the restaurant was ready to accommodate individual needs.

I have loved Iarias since the first time i went as a child, been back a few times as an adult and love it still. Also if you like blue cheese you will love their home made Roquefort dressing

Delicious food in an old school friendly atmosphere. Large portions and reasonable prices. Our server Julia was completely awesome, friendly and efficient. I love this place. No pretensions here.

Went on a Saturday around 5pm to try it with my wife. My wife had the baked penne with bolognese and it was basically penne with pulled pork and unseasoned spaghetti sauce. I had the chicken drogato it was over seasoned to my taste. When we arrived, there wasn’t very many people there by the time we left it was full, so it seemed as if everyone was overwhelmed, but that is to be expected on a Saturday evening. We really wanted to try desserts, but by the time we were asked, we were just ready to go. I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get a refill on my Pepsi so I started drinking my wife’s. Another thing to consider is there is not very much privacy. You are pretty much elbow to elbow with other people and it is very loud the server can’t hear you and you can’t hear them. I brought home my wife’s meal to take pictures. It wasn’t a bad experience we always have a good time but I don’t think we’ll be going back. Oh and I really wanted to try a cannoli but it was so busy I didn’t want to have to wait that long to get one.

Luckily the food was good, but we had the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant tonight.
We get seated (with a toddler) and no waiter for 20 minutes, had to go tell hostess we haven't been waited on. Finally get a waiter (and waters) and put our food order in immediately. Poor service continues, no bread brought to table while our toddler slowly progresses towards a meltdown.
After 45 minutes with no updates and no check-ins from waiter, I had to ask a separate waitress to verify if our food order ever made it to the kitchen.
Felt like we were ignored altogether, and put me in the unpleasant situation of having to ask hostess / other staff for help multiple times. Other tables seemed to be receiving competent service, so I don't know what the disconnect was.
With service like this on 1st experience, why should I return? Will take my money to other Italian restaurants moving forward.

The chicken piccata was good, but I wasn't a big fan of the spaghetti. However, the latter is probably more about personal preference.
