My family knows the owner personally, and we have been going since before I was born. While I am mostly biased, I love the food here and the atmosphere.

This place has awesome food, an inviting, home like atmosphere, and amazing service staff.

It's hard to find, and doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's worth the stop.

I stopped by Ichiban Noodles in Indianapolis and had such a great experience. I ordered the gyoza and yaki udon noodles, and both were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. What really made the visit special, though, was the service. My server was incredibly nice, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the meal that much better.

The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. Honestly, you’re missing out if you don’t come here. Between the tasty dishes and the warm hospitality, Ichiban Noodles is the kind of spot you’ll want to come back to again and again.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. I wasn't to sure about it when I first parked because it looks like an abandoned house. Once i was seated though I was greatest with a hot towel and felt immediately at home. The food was PHENOMENAL! the service was excellent and pleasant. I will definitely be going back and will recommend this place to anyone that asks.

Good sushi, crazy low prices, and an unassuming location. It’s almost like you’re sitting in a friend’s chill house on the inside, but it looks beat up and shut down from the outside. Food and service were both good, though.

Food and Service were great! Price was very reasonable. Small 2 story house and no loud music atmosphere is very nice! You can actually carry on a conversation. I had the Tempura and Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box meal and it was all delicious! Will definitely go again!

This little hole in the wall was fantastic and the lady who served us was the nicest person I’ve met. Great atmosphere, though not very welcoming from the outside, doesn’t change the fact that the food is amazing.

I had a stressful day. I googled search for a restaurant close to me. I picked Ichiban Noodles on Bash Street to try. I am glad I did. It isn’t very impressive from the outside. However, the food was delicious. They bring you a warm cloth to wipe your hands. I had a warm sake and bottle water. I started on the miso soup. It was fuller than it shows on picture because I was hungry. I love the edamame. It was nice and warm. The calamari steak was so tender. The pork cutlets with rice were tasty. All that food, it cost only $30. It is a little gem. I will go back to try the sushi and the noidles.

Very comforting food, attentive service (including a warm wash cloth upon arrival), and quick turnaround time from ordering. Personally ordered and liked the yaki udon and California roll.
