OMG went there for my birthday breakfast and our waitress didn't even speak English and got all of our orders wrong there were 8 of us. No refills and the manager gave us 25% off but still it was a horrible experience! And then a fight broke out in the restaurant as I was leaving with kids in tow. Ghetto! But the Manager was nice.

Are waitresses name was Matilda and there was a major major language barrier my grandson ordered chicken strips and got French toast sticks we ordered a ham and cheese omelette and got a cheese omelette and when we brought that to her attention she brought us a bowl of diced ham it was an awful experience and I will never eat IHOP again.

Classic IHOP!! Service is a bit slow but more time to enjoy the food and the company you're with Best place to walk back all the carbs you lost at the gym
Parking: The IHOP is close to the VASA gym so there are days that it's slightly more difficult to find parking but it's usually pretty empty

I was very disappointed in the food and the service. I placed my order inside the restaurant on 38th St.. I asked the cashier how long it would take I was told about 5 minutes, it actually took over 50 minutes the workers were just standing around talking to each other. I asked another worker to check on my food, she went in the kitchen and didn't come back. My food finally came out, she didn't bother to apologize for my wait time nor did she thank me for placing the order. On top of all that my food was luke warm. Terrible service!!
