Had breakfast here two days in a row my server Viviana was amazing ?. When she saw me she knew exactly what I ordered yesterday she made me feel like an old friend with her conversation and service if I'm in town again I will definitely go back here again even considering extending my stay in town so I can see her again before I head back to Ohio. ❤️ The food was amazing as well ??

My mother and I went to eat here April 12 2024 around 10:45 11:00 o'clock. We received exceptional customer service by Erick H. I definitely will be back because of him. I highly recommend asking for him as your server if you want quality service !!!!! Also the cook made the food phenomenal that night as well. I was reluctant to even coming back because my service before during the morning shift was horrible but Erick H. Definitely has me a returning customer!!!

The waiter was slow, unprepared, lacked waiting skills. He was carrying two cups at a time to a table of 6. Often forgot drinks, mixed up orders, never brought out silverware. People waited to be treated by him for more then 10 minutes. Worst experience ever.But don't worry. He had time to flirt with the waitress. Was see not working and giggling and laughing with her. Just a shame of professionalism this establishment has.His whole section was never pre-bused, very dirty. Could only imagine what the rest of the restaurant looks like. Sickening to think. Manager has been filling his customers refills, cleaning tables, and running around.

We were a party of 2 and were seated a distance away and out of sight, not at our request. We waited and waited until finally I walked over to the other side and asked about someone coming over to greet us and take our order. Finally a server came and we gave our food order because we’d had plenty time to decide. We both ordered a waffle combination. When it came out, there was no butter and the server acted surprised that I wanted some. I also asked for silverware because none was provided. She said she’d have to “roll” some. I told her not to worry about rolling ours, just bring it so we could eat, which she did but no napkins. I got up to get napkins and the server said “I’m over here.” I told her we didn’t get napkins so she brought them over to our table. I must say customer service was lacking from start to finish. The food came out lukewarm but tasted alright. Will I come back? Probably not!Note: After paying at the table, we tipped and this young lady walked off without saying thank you! I said to her “you’re welcome!” NEVER AGAIN!Didn’t get her name. I believe it starts with a “C”
