Ruby was busting her butt. She was the only server. The cook was supposed to already be done. They had no one for third shift cooking. The manager sat in the office if she wasn't blankly staring into space. There were atleast six people who work there standing around (be it clocked out or whatever). We watched food sit in the window for well over 10 mins. Half the table came out cold. There was mold on the upper walls. The manager on third should most definitely not be a manager on third. Taylor s. Is her name. Horrible experience. Not one person helped her run food when ruby asked others who are employees there. Poor girl, she made a good $20 bc the other guest weren't happy and she didn't deserve to be stuck like that. We helped ourselves to Togo bags. If you have that much issue having staff to work thirds close. The health department should also be called in immediately.

Incredible service, great waiters and waitresses. Amazing food and great selections. Prices are easily affordable and seating is generally quick and sufficient.

Toast wasn't done no butter on it..My omelet was cooked to done. No cheese inside it only 2 pieces on top. My husband OM eggs looked scrambled The coffee was good & hot.The chocolate milk was good too..That I'd about the only good thing we can say about it..It was our First & last time there..

The place is gloomy. Decor is bad. The atmosphere is really not good. The waitress is good. The food is not that good tho. And the hot chocolate is too sweet

Myself and one other person came in this morning. We were seated fairly quickly by a rather rude hostess. Our server came over after about 5 or 6 minutes and came back with drinks to get our order. We got the food fairly quickly and it was mediocre. With that being said, the place was absolutely disgusting and there was literal mold inside one of our drinks. After getting through half a glass of sweet tea, my boyfriend realized there was a massive chunk of something black and greyish stuck to the inside of his glass. We looked around and realized the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and turning a nasty dark brown color. Dust was hanging off everything. The dividers between the booths had mostly been ripped out; only a few booths still had ones that were sort of intact yet falling over. The whole place smelled awful as well. I wish I had taken pictures of the nasty thing in the glass and the walls. I will not be back and I used to love this place years ago.

As strange as it was pulling off of the highway at 65mph to find this place and not having a choice but to park in the grass and walk the remaining 200 ft. To the restaurant. We ended up causing several accidents but after the smoke cleared we realized that Google maps might have been wrong and there was in fact no IHOP attached to the middle of the highway.

We came at about 1am. To say the experience was mixed. Simone was all around the best hostess. She was hosting all the tables, collecting payments, and remained positive, despite the rude attitude we could hear from the the kitchen. Someone needs to pay that shift for her 1.75x her rate. She was the MVP tonight. But someone needs to do scheduling better. She should not have been building and holding the fort at the same time.

The servers are some if the best I've had anywhere. mine deserved far more of a tip than i was able to leave (i still tip swell). We will absolutely return because of that! The food was great, fresh and tasty. If i had to leave a con...i would say they needed to turn in the air conditioning. It wasn't so hot that it was uncomfortable, just a bit warmer than i prefer.

Misty Wilson is a very lazy server. She refused to even serve me and my family tonight at 1:40am, along with multiple customers who stated they were on a wait list in front of us and just were checking in. She had a male cook come to the front of the restaurant to make everyone leave after announcing she doesn’t take tables past 2am. As far as we were aware ihop is 24hrs, and there were no signs posted but she simply refused to serve any customers who came in when we did.

Ordered online to be picked up next day the order want ready additionally the person we spoke to hung up on us then when we called back out is on hold. It was my daughter's birthday and we ordered the people whipped cream which they didn't put in the bag we had to ask for. The food was at least hot but I don't have a lot of good to say about the whole experience.

I'm not worried about Covid, but the hypocrisy is unbelievable. There are signs telling everyone to social distance, but yet they seat you next to everyone. Shouldn't have to ask for a check two times either.

the waitress was terribly rude plus I asked for 4 bacon strips instead of 2 bacon and 2 sausage. she left off the sausage but charged me 1.99 extra for 2 more strips of bacon! I won't be back!

We came here for breakfast while on vacation because the hotel breakfast was less than desirable. We received our food quickly and the place was busy. However I realized halfway through my breakfast I had the wrong order. I ordered French Toast but the waiter brought me pancakes. I was hungry and already ate most of it so I finished the meal. The rest of family got what they ordered. Just a reminder to pay attention and make sure you get what you asked for.
