The Bloomfield ct location needs a total Reno. The booths are dingy and ripped and torn and repaired in places with silver duct tape. The bathrooms constantly and consistently represent unkempt gas station bathrooms. The smell smells like sewage the paper towels are stacked in baskets and the floors are lifting and peeling

I go to the ihop in sanford florida and bree is a young and strong excellent waitress, she never complains even if we do and she has always earned her big tips from us since we are difficult customers- the food is delicious and affordable- try the sirloin tips with extra mushrooms and onions and God and Jesus love you!

Five of us visited the Bismarck location. The to-go order was brought to our table immediately and the five of us waited for our food. Our orders came out piece meal, someone’s pancakes, then someone’s meal minus the hash browns, then someone’s meal minus the pancakes. My omelette and pancakes were barely warm, and the pancakes were nothing special; definitely not fluffy. No beverage refills offered. When we paid, someone in our party was charged twice (they checked their account before leaving.) I’ve been to this location three times, and the last two times have been disappointing. Not going back.

I actually did a pickup today. The biscuits for my biscuits & gravy was really good, but the little tiny gravy you gave me was kinda sad. It wasn’t even enough to cover the biscuits. I had you at 5⭐️s , but I’ma put you at 4 just because of that. This rating might change in the future, but for now it will stay. Other than your gravy today though, everything here is usually pretty good to me. I love your pancakes! I do not like syrup, but your pancakes are good enough to not need a thing 😋

8 sets of utensils before we got plastic forks.. all were dirty and had food in them. GET A NEW DISHWASHER! Learn to hand wash. That's unsanitary and disgusting! All salt and pepper shakers were empty had to go table to table to find ones that were filled. Syrup was the same way. Just got our food came cold.. overcooked and undercooked.. stale. Nasty. Nasty. Nasty We told them we weren't paying for nor eating it. They understood why. And we left. We were honestly scared of getting sick from here. Worst experience at a restaurant.

Me and the lads have been waiting for over an hour and a half and have gotten nothing but water while other people have walked in, ate, and left. They said the ticket was lost 30 minutes ago and we still don’t have our food.
I had the chicken Florentine crepe. It was very good. Our server was excellent!

As with most IHOPs around town, this one is usually hit or miss on service.... I prefer this location over any of her around town.... Don't get me started on the 38th Street location. I come to this one about 2 times a month with my son.
Over the last year, I think I've had 2 or 3 not so good experiences. Food is always on point, but the I've noticed quality of the cleaning for utensils has kind of gone downhill.
Service was excellent - usually is here. My server seemed tired, which is to be expected the day after Christmas.
Fix the dishwasher, or if someone is actually washing them, maybe wipe them off instead of spray them clean.

went to the one on nw expressway in okc. took over 30 min to get our food when there was nobody there. food finally comes. my sons food was messed up. it happens, but the burger came back clearly raw. so my son ended up not getting anything besides fries. Chef was throwing plates around. waiter barely came around. food was not good and warm at best. ihop used to be so good. it has gone way downhill.
