we were there last night (Friday 10th) waiting a very long time to place our order .When it can time to pay we received a different receipt, was told they mixed up tickets and a table got our and we got theirs.We were told oh, you go the better deal on the amount on ticket.how do you mix up tickets and then tell me I received the ticket that was cheaper.doubt that as I'm sure the other table of 6 which had drinks where we didn't. was more than our table of 5 not a happy customer

Not all drinks on the menu include "free refills" despite what the menu says. I was surprised that the Lemonade Iced Tea does not offer free refills (the menu says explicitly it does).
My waiter, who had proudly stated he had been there several years, was "kind enough" to take the charge off. How many people didn't notice that extra charge on their bill? Very disappointed with the dishonesty at iHop.

Went in with maybe 3 other tables to start. Ordered an appetizer and our food in the first 10 minutes. Waited 45 minutes at minimum to get anything. Appetizer came out after the food, food was right above room temp at best, bit into my hashbrowns to find a hair in my mouth, wife's food was cold and fries were obviously fried multiple times to appear warm. Friends received cold pancakes, over cooked fried items as well somehow also cold. If it was busy maybe some things could be justified but this was ridiculous. They did comp the two meals at the end which was helpful. But all in all what a fail this visit.

We came to breakfast by my 5 year old daughter’s request. She loves this place.. I just wanted to review mainly to recognize our server. His name was Angel and he was so kind, polite and attentive. He was great! I had an egg, cheese and bacon biscuit with hash browns, the cooks did great too! Everything was exactly as asked and my daughter loved her pancakes & bacon (but didn’t care for the eggs she said) so we all left happy and full! No complains & thanks to Angel for providing good service!

I ordered my breakfast food through Uber eats because you guys have a special deal on there, but since there was no way for me to substitute my hashbrowns for Redskin potatoes, I ended up calling this location. The night manager, I believe his name was George that I spoke with Was very kind and was able to accommodate my needs. I am a restaurant manager in the customer service field, and I would definitely want him on my team.
Our server was amazing. We got right in and even though it was busy we were checked up on in a very timely manner.
