I’m on my bfs account. My family. My mom, sister, nephew, & my self went today on Christmas. It was very crowded and the staff did such an amazing job getting everyone seated In a timely manner. Our experiences haven’t always been that great at this location but today I have absolutely no complaints and our server was great! Thank you also to the person who paid it forward and paid for our meal!!

I stopped into the IHOP on US-31 really late at night, and the staff deserves a huge shout-out. The host and server were honestly some of the kindest, most patient people I’ve run into in a long time. They treated everyone with real kindness and stayed calm even when things got a little chaotic.
These are good people doing a tough job for not nearly enough money, and they still showed up with compassion. IHOP is lucky to have them. Big thanks to the crew working tonight — you handled a difficult situation with real humanity. Thank you for being human and recognising the humanity of others as well.

This was me and my daughter’s first time at this location . We came in 12/12/25 at about 12am. when I got off work. Our waitress/hostess was friendly, polite and helpful. She took great care of me and my daughters. The Christmas decorations were very nice. The environment was welcoming and friendly.This will be our new breakfast spot from now on. Thank you for giving me and my girls a great dining experience.We had been having a rough day, but coming in late last night made us feel better. Thank you

We have been trying different breakfast places in the Greenwood area for the past year. In all the places we've tried, the Ihop in Greenwood on Hwy 31 takes the top spot!! The food is always delicious and if there is ever a problem, they fix it, no questions asked! The service is always fast and friendly and the Manager, Francisco always stops by to make sure everything was good. He introduced himself, asked our names and told us how much he appreciates seeing us every Sunday morning. We have now decided that the Greenwood Ihop will be our go-to on Sunday mornings. Thank you Francisco and team for welcoming us as your guest family!!

En mi experiencia, visitando IHOP en Florida, en Georgia y Tennessee, TODOS los que eh ido te separan por zonas de "güeritos" "morenitos" "negritos", uno como visitante note que en todos los IHOP porque me toco ir a otros restaurantes y todos mixes, excepto éste. Se les nota el racismo. Cuando vayan a uno, vean si tienen sus "zonas por color". La comida no es mala pero tampoco es buena, es muy regular para sus precios, hay sabores mejores en otros lugares. asi que NO recomiendo sus restaurantes.
