One of the best restaurants. They have great food and great hospitality
Kyi Oo soup? More like Ginger soup. I ordered Tomyam chicken but no chicken in the soup, just vegetables. By the way, the Tom Yam soup picture that you have on your menu has shrimps in it but there was no shrimp in my Tom Yam soup.
Good food

Six of us went for lunch. We were seated right away and greeted with a smile. Two of the six are long term repeat customers. They have tried most of the menu item and recommended we go to Imbi. We placed our orders with a starter. Each got something different, I wish I could remember their names. Shortly thereafter, we got our food. It was delicious ?. Everyone enjoyed their dish and got full, too. It is a good place to eat at and there is a good selection to choose from that are reasonably priced.

I'm always looking for good Thai / Malay restaurants and Imbi looked to fit the bill. It did. Nasi Lemak offered a number of subtle flavors. Singapore noodles were a flavor bomb. And the basil eggplant salad was a mix of earthy and umami. Large portions. Service was lovely!
Vegetarian options: Many veg options and most dishes can be made without meat.
Parking: About 10 spots

I ordered on Doordash and my food arrived hot which was exciting! To start off, the spring rolls were delicious!! Maybe the best I've ever had!The Kaoy Teow with chicken was bland. It came with a small side of chili soy sauce but it was way too hot for me so I just added regular soy sauce. That made it better, but it was still lacking flavor. It looked different than the photo as well. I was expecting bigger chunks of chicken and more veggies. Also, the dumplings had an odd taste to them that I couldn't place. Overall, I think this place is worth another try. I definitely recommend the spring rolls though!Editing to add:I ordered from here again today and was really disappointed. I ordered the Malaysian coconut fried rice with shrimp and the spring rolls again (since they were so delish last time!) The coconut fried rice has NO coconut flavor at all! No flavor in general honestly. So sad because I was really looking forward to it. There were only 5 shrimp with the tail on in the dish as well. The portion of rice was huge, it just didn't taste like much. The Spring rolls were also disappointing today because they were cold inside still. They must not have fried them long enough. I don't think I will give this place another shot honestly.

The tom yum seafood costed me $9 and it looked like a kids portion, not to mention the soup had barely any seafood. Literally every other place ive ordered have had bigger portions. I ORDERED SOUP NOT A DIP. not worth the price. not in this economy, especially with the very little seafood in the soup, that is false advertisement.
