Long time favorite of friends and myself to enjoy. The buffet is a wonderful thing to share with family and friends. It's kept fresh and well stocked. In other visits I've tried at least one dish from the chicken, Lamb, Goat and vegetable menu options and loved all.
Oh, and the Naan is excellent; for some an afterthought, for me it's a deal clincher.

Parking: Unsure about options and obstacles for handicap drivers who have to park and get inside on their own, but for those with a driver, you can be dropped off within 5 feet of the front door on the same level.

Avoid this place. There is NO buffet even though it's listed on their ads, there is a giant sign outside AND it's literally printed in their door!

They advertise a lunch buffet. They do NOT have a lunch buffet.

The food is always incredible here. The buffet has so much variety, is fresh and hot, and inexpensive. I lean vegetarian and my husband loves meat, and both of us find what we really like.

India Palace is by far some of the best Indian cuisine I have had the pleasure of eating. Having traveled all over the world and the United States all my life, that is saying a lot.

Not only do they have a large selection of entres and ala carte items they have an enormous buffet every day as well as dinner buffet on Sunday each with over 25 items. But suprisingly, the buffets at India Palace are every bit as delicious as if odering from the menu.

Food is fresh and plentiful. The vegetarian dishes are completely separate from the others.

Additionally, they have a huge banquet room you can rent for parties and they will cater or you can have your own food brought in.

Photos of today's buffet will be posted. I love visiting Indianapolis just for the pleasure of dining at this restaurant.

Update June 2, 2024. I was blessed with the opportunity to enjoy this restaurant again tonight. I've never been disappointed. It's delicious and the staff are kind and professional. I don't know what other peoples experience is, but i have said before, I have traveled and lived all over the US and abroad and have been enjoying Indian and Punjabi foods for over 50 years and India Palace ranks in the top 10% of all of them.

If you get a chance, by all means give them a try. I never tried the buffet but if it is available tomorrow for lunch, I will as I am staying in the area.

I had the special mixed grill from the Tandoori section of the menu. It had beef, chicken, shrimp, onions, bell pepper, etc. I always have mine as spicy hot as they can make it. I also har naan, yogurt, rice, and the spicy pickled vegetable side. That and a large bottle of Indian beer.

After receiving my food I took one bite and put everything in the trash. Way too salty and greesy, and the flavor was disgusting. The rice was also stale. Waste of money.

This restaurant has a really good Indian buffet. The interior is very nice, beautiful tile work and big comfortable chairs.
