INDYS BURGER JOINT

Small place packs a punch , I was torn between like 5 different burgers I wanted to try I was very intrigued! So I asked the young lady taking our order ( super sweet and friendly btw ) what her favorite burger was and she told me the Indy Burger. I took her word for it and was not disappointed in the least bit! It was so good! The fries remind me of a thinner potato wedge with great seasoning. We shared the loaded tots which were so crispy and not greasy , I honestly thought they were cooked in an air fryer. My only gripe was I’m a Coke drinker and they serve Pepsi lol! Over all great burger great experience! Will definitely be back have a few more burgers I wanna try!

Great burger and side options, got the choribuger.. half chorizo half burger meat patty..was amazing! Loaded tots were solid.

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. My little 9 year old has been bugging me because he wanted to try this new Indy Burger Joint Restaurant and so I called to place a to go order. Soon as a woman picked up and sounded like she hated her job so I already started thinking this might not be a good choice today, but wanted to give this new place a try so I asked if I could place a to go order. She said yeah hold on in a inconvenient voice....10 min later still on hold, but i stayed on hold so we could try these yummy looking burgers on online pictures and drove over to see if they were so slammed they couldn't get back to my order on the phone. By now my order could have been done, but still willing to wait longer for good food to place my order at the restaurant. Nope just one man and woman eating and one waitress sitting there eating at another table and the kitchen dead with no food orders. I asked to speak with the manager or owner and ofcourse no one was available. Then I asked if there was a reason I'm still on hold and I showed her going on 11 minutes on hold. She then got an attitude back and said I guess I forgot.....so how is this owner going to keep a business with waitresses running the show like this?! No sorry no nothing but an attitude. So here we live across the street and could make this our go to if we are hungry and get done like this. Not a good first impression and now my little boy is still hungry and I will have to find him something else to eat instead getting a quick to go order from a new area restaurant. No customers and nothing to do is no excuse for leaving me on hold that long. This is 2024 and she will make his business not last long in this hard world of inflation. I was a server for years and had tons of regulars and high tips because I treated my customers like family instead of like i was just treated. The funny thing she said to me that I i didn't have to get an attitude when I got one when she picked up the phone and when I told her what had happened. I never got a so sorry my gosh let me get you taken care of mam anything like that. I would like to set something up with the manager or owner to come in there when they are working so I can actually give a fair review to his hard earned business and let my little boy actually try the resturant he has been wanting to check out. Until then zero stars for employees u have working there and customer service i received. ?

I got carry out Friday afternoon and everything was great. Burger was very good and the fries were amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back very soon

As soon as we entered, we noticed the Crustiez graffiti sign was still on the right side wall. It is very strange that the new owners did not paint over the sign of the previous restaurant that leased the space two years ago. First, we ordered the Chips & Queso appetizer. The chips were stale, and what appeared to be a housemade ketchup based sauce was on the serving tray as opposed to a housemade salsa that was stated in the menu. The queso tasted delicious, but overall, the appetizer was a complete miss in my opinion. Our burgers (Bacon Cheeseburger, Indy's Burger and the Bruschetta Burger) tasted good, but we did not consider them to be memorable to warrant us to come back on a more consistent basis. We hope to give it another try in the near future.

Parking: There are lots of parking spaces in the strip mall lot.

The fries and onion rings are amazing! My new go to place for burgers ?

Not impressed pretzels bites were microwaved to a crisp sliders tasted like cheap frozen beef Patties. The brisket burger was a joke 13$ and came with 5 small little brisket pieces fresh out of the microwave The chicken sandwich was decent. Place seems like a below average food truck turned into brick and mortar. Overpriced for the same money I could’ve gone to longhorn.

Why is the staff (it seemed to be the owner/manager) sitting on their phone in the dining area while he doesn’t help the female who is obviously super busy and in need of help? He took our order, and then sat back down. He didn’t even get the order right! And when we asked to pay, no one was paying attention for a good 10 mins and we asked him to help and he just said that the woman would help… it’s just so unprofessional. It’s disappointing being neglected when you’re the only people that are in the restaurant too.

Got take out last night after a long day of yard work. Everything we had was delicious! So glad to have a burger place near us again.We got Indy’s burger, the chori burger, Wisconsin cheese bites (came with ranch) & 2 corn dogs. The burgers were so good!! Loved the crispy edges. You could taste the meat. Everything was juicy & well balanced. The corn dogs were perfect! The fires that came with the burgers were on point! Perfectly fried and crispy.Our only slightest dissatisfaction came from the Wisconsin. Cheese bites. We were hoping they’d be more like fried cheese curds. They were good, but not as good as what I’ve had before elsewhere, they were a little chewy. But we liked the ranch they served with it.Everything was packaged well for takeout & didn’t take them too long to put together for us.We’ll definitely be back & will try some of the other things on the menu, they had so many tasty looking offerings!

First time here. Food was as expected. Burgers were good. Ordered the brisket burger. Was not happy with the small square piece of meat (apparently brisket) covered In barbecue sauce. It didn’t taste bad. Just expected something that resembled brisket and not brown scrabble tiles. Service was fast and good. Prices are comparable to other places. Really liked the smaller menus especially with a smaller amount of items. Makes it look like a lot. Atmosphere is kinda like being In a garage. Not big and can be loud. Would definitely recommend this and 10000 times better than between the bun, which used to be in the same strip center.

We ordered the Kids Grilled Cheese, Hawaiian Burger, and Indys Burger.French Fries were AMAZING ?. Finished off with ice cream. We enjoyed coconut almond and Cappuccino crunch. Both Delicious.If I could critique one thing, we had to ask for napkins. They should have napkins in a dispenser on the table. Hawaiian burger was messy so I definitely needed a few.Glad to have a small burger joint near me.

My daughter and I tried for the first time today and it was great, wide variety of options. The waffle fries and ranch were our favorite. I got the Nashville hot chicken and it was seasoned great as well tasted delicious.
