Agree with the comment about staff being rude and unfriendly. I had ordered some double chocolate chunk cookies but when I opened the box I found original chocolate chunk cookies. When I brought this to staffs attention she had a bad attitude, was very short and walked to the back. She took a while in the back and gave me back the corrected box. The vibe was totally off and at that point if I wouldn’t have paid I would’ve walked out. Customer service was terrible, not coming back to this location.
My first insomnia experience! I honestly don't think it was worth the hype. The cookie was kind of thin and just not what I was expecting. Maybe it was because I only got peanut butter and not something more fun?
We received a 'Birthday Cookie Cake' which turns out to be a large slab of raw cookie dough that cannot be eaten safely as is. This is our first experience with the company. Are we supposed to bake this or something? There are no instructions on how to finish this to make it edible. The wife is going to try baking it at 350 like a regular cookie in 5 minute increments and see if it will turn out.
Fantasim cookies and cool workers. Jazz is the best in the store!
Cookies were good the service was mid . It was a young lady sitting on the floor behind the counter and other workers too busy talking
As a chef and vegan connoisseur, these cookies literally had in a feeling so sick. They don’t seem to use high quality ingredients and my stomach and body can tell immediately. Stop the madness
Great regular and vegan options. A little expensive for as small as they are but a great splurge when you need it.
I love their cookies and ice cream, however, the times I frequent here is usually in the evening hours and the staff is just not very friendly at all and most of them seem really miserable doing their jobs which kinda throws the vibes off when you're just wanting a lil sweet treat. And its not like I'm being difficult or making things complicated when I visit here so I'm not sure why they all seem so rude, unpleasant, and miserable. I'm pretty introverted myself anyway so their customer service just makes the whole experience even more uncomfortable.
These are the best cookies ever!

Cookies were soft and packed with flavor, pretty big sized cookies. Already planning my next visit.

I was here the other day and the poor employee was being cussed out by a customer! He had blue hair and handled the rude customers perfectly. I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and he’s by far my favorite employee there. They deserve a raise for the bs the customers put them through! Aside from that after he was done being cursed at, he gave a free cookie for the inconvenience.

Tried the double chocolate which was tiny, overpriced, and not very tasty. Check out the good earth store for better sweets if you’re in town.
