My wife ordered cookies for a friend and it didnt get delivered NYE. I called today about it to get it fixed and the manager Seth, was too kind! Not only did he redeliver the order today he gave our friend extras!! What ever he gets paid is not enough!! Thank you for a good start to our year!

I ordered cookies directly through Insomnia’s website on New Year’s Eve after the site indicated delivery was available. The order was never delivered — not on NYE or New Year’s Day — despite tracking well into the night.
When I called today to request a refund, the experience was shockingly unprofessional. I was told, “Yeah, ordering on New Year’s probably wasn’t a good idea, we get swamped,” as if I should somehow know or be responsible for internal capacity issues. If delivery isn’t feasible, it should not be offered on the website.
When I chose to cancel the order, I was then told, “Yeah, I don’t really want to give you cookies anyway.” That comment alone speaks volumes about the lack of customer service and accountability.
I was blamed for the business’s failure to fulfill an order they accepted and advertised. This was not only frustrating but disappointing, and I doubt I’m the only customer who has experienced this. I will not be returning to the Broad Ripple location.

2 hours to get cookies; original time was an hour, then extended out another 45 minutes. Called to cancel, they said “no we’ve already made them, we just don’t have a driver.” Update your policies then.

I called the broadripple location to see if they had anymore of the holiday munchie cookies ( because they are my favorite) and Michael answered the phone (if that’s even his name) and was very very rude. He said he had a few left and to place an order. I was excited and said they were my favorite cookie and he said well there not in everyone’s book, I found that rude. I was so excited that they had some and then they decided to shoot me down and say well that not everyone’s favorite. Like sir HYPE up your cookies at your store. That I could place an order online and not in person because they don’t have a lot in stock. And was just very rude and condescending.

A friend of mine was going through a hard time recently and I decided to send them some cookies in hopes to make them feel better. I live well over an hour away and knew I had to depend on a third party, and decided to try out Insomnia Cookie. Very happy I did!
My friend sent me a photo of a hand written card with my message on it to them. The employees at this establishment really read the room and I appreciate it so much that they took the time to hand write my message and include some sweet doodles. I can’t thank you enough for adding that personal touch I wish I could have done in person. Thank you!
Managers, give those employees a bonus or a raise because they made this grey November day so much better.

Definitely had to get the peanut butter Reese's deluxe the salted caramel deluxe the triple chocolate chunk deluxe and the s'more deluxe always fresh always delicious Even when I get back to Fairmount after driving to Indianapolis

Agree with the comment about staff being rude and unfriendly. I had ordered some double chocolate chunk cookies but when I opened the box I found original chocolate chunk cookies. When I brought this to staffs attention she had a bad attitude, was very short and walked to the back. She took a while in the back and gave me back the corrected box. The vibe was totally off and at that point if I wouldn’t have paid I would’ve walked out. Customer service was terrible, not coming back to this location.

My first insomnia experience! I honestly don't think it was worth the hype. The cookie was kind of thin and just not what I was expecting. Maybe it was because I only got peanut butter and not something more fun?
