Love this location my husband put me on he's from the Westside I'm Eastside raised sometimes we go to the broad ripple location but this one is always our go to they always get our order correct and they have good customer service

I ordered hot cookies, not medieval weaponry. These bad boys showed up colder than my exâs heart and harder than my will to live on a Monday. I tried to break one in half and almost summoned Thor by accident. I didnât get dessert â I got a liability.
I bit into one and saw my ancestors. Pretty sure one of the cookies winked at me and whispered, âyou werenât worthy anyway.â Iâve had warmer hugs from tax audits and softer landings from existential crises.
Insomnia Cookies? More like Insomnia Regrets. At this point, just send me a brick next time. At least then I can build a small house and cry inside.
That was for an online dash water. They took forever to make cookies and the customer even show up at the store, not a place to recommend.

One Star â Disappointing All Around
Tried Insomnia Cookies for the first time, and unfortunately, itâll be the last. I ordered a chocolate chip blondie, sâmores cookie, double chocolate chip, and a Reeseâs cookie. All of them were incredibly greasy and lacked good flavorâjust overall unappetizing.
The service didnât help either. While it was sweet that the employee took a moment to feed a squirrel outside, when she came back in and asked âwhat do you wantâ with zero friendliness, it really sealed the deal. Not the kind of vibe I want when trying a new place.
I had high hopes, but this was a letdown in both taste and experience.

Insomnia Cookies has quickly become my favorite dessert spot, and in my opinion, it stands out as the best cookie shop in the area. The cookies are consistently exceptional â served warm, freshly baked, and bursting with rich flavor. Every visit has been a delightful experience, and I sincerely hope to see more locations open throughout Indiana. This brand truly deserves to grow and succeed.
The customer service is just as impressive as the product. The staff are always courteous, attentive, and welcoming, which elevates the overall experience. If you havenât had the chance to try Insomnia Cookies yet, youâre truly missing out. I highly recommend it â you wonât be disappointed.

Very friendly team & a very clean restaurant, also McAllister's has plenty of great food to choose from at a good price If you have tried McAllister's food yet you should give it a try They have a large seating area & always have plenty of staff to help serve as plenty of places seam to be struggling with a issues of not having enough people to serve that is not a problem here & they are always very friendly & serve food that taste great Thank You McAllister's & your team đđŻđ
