Very small space, everyone don’t know where to stand to order the cookies are that that good the ice cream melts extra fast and the cashier wasn’t inviting at all ..
They did not accept cash. How in the world is that possible I can understand card but no cash this is not a kiosk or self check out at Walmart get it together.

Good gravy, am I glad we decided to give this place a try! The salted caramel cookies were so delicious. The cookies were warm, the service was great, and me and the kids left happy!
I haven’t been here for a while, and tonight when I came I was incredibly disappointed. There were two employees working, and the guy did really have a pep in his step and was being as positive and hard working as possible. Unfortunately, the other woman working with him was quite grumpy. I noticed another employee sitting back, on her phone, doing nothing, while the store was super busy and had a long line. She certainly could have been helpful and allowed the process to speed up. The store was out of several ice cream flavors. The size of the cookies were very inconsistent (see photo). Mine was really small for an insomnia cookie! I expected more.

I ordered at 6:40. At 7:09 I got a message saying order was on its way. At 730, driver was at N Park Ave & Broadway. I figured he/she had a delivery there, but at 738, still there. At 745, still there. At 753, he/she was back at the shop and my order was supposedly delivered?? They never came anywhere NEAR my address. I have screenshots showing driver sitting at the noted address. It's now 810 & I still don't have the delivery.
