You can see on my profile that I have been to several insomnias in different states and they ALWAYS get 5 stars. Was back home in indiana and stopped by this location, half the cookies were good, warm, & fresh. The other half were chocolate chip and they were all hard to the point you couldn't even bite them!!! That's a first for us lol, won't be back to this location.

I’m not sure what the difference Is between the location in broad ripple and downtown. But everytime I go to the location downtown i receive stale cookies. I placed in a mobile order and walked in to get my cookies. The chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter were stale as if they’ve been sitting out for hours. If you’re going to get insomnia, get them at broad ripple.

Always great. I love that the service ice cream and brownies now. They even made an exception and let me use the bathroom which I was grateful for, being pregnant.

I’ve been going here for years, the cookies are great but for some reason the company chose to rise the prices - six cookies for $15. It’s just ridiculous how these companies have taking advantage of the people. 😡😡😡

Love this location my husband put me on he's from the Westside I'm Eastside raised sometimes we go to the broad ripple location but this one is always our go to they always get our order correct and they have good customer service

The best cookies ever, open late at night to satisfy your sweet cravings. Very fast service when you order for pickup which I would suggest because they are so good you might have to wait in line...but it's worth it!

These cookies are expensive, I'm not going to lie, but they are worth a try! When that warm, fresh-baked box arrives at your door, you might as well be ready for a flavor ecstasy ride! I'm hooked!
