The cookies were so good (and I am not even the biggest sweet fan)!! So soft and warm. Not to me mention the two workers were so nice and attentive. I got my cookies within a minute. My fiance and I barely made it out of the parking lot with cookies left.

The deluxe cookies are normally much bigger than what I picked up today. That's why they charge extra for them. I was very disappointed to get what was a regular size cookie. The lady who took my order seemed like she was in a hurry and didn't have time for customers. I will not return back to this location.

Tasty cookies. Vegan options available. They also have 1 gluten free option, chocolate chip, as well as 1 vegan & gluten free, also choc. Chip. Only ding on food was we got one once that was a bit hard or stale.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options, 4 or 5.1 gluten free.1 vegan & gluten free.Wheelchair accessibility: On ground floor, door has no power open. Sidewalk has curb, though I believe it has ramps per code.

Worst insomnia cookies. Placed an order for delivery, after an hour and a half it still wasn’t delivered. Called the store and kept getting hung up on. Finally got through to someone and was told, “the driver has 4 orders with them, I’m not sure what order she is going in.” Then was told “the driver hasn’t even left.” No apology, no how can we make it right. Then when we asked to cancel the person we spoke to caught and attitude.

Insomnia cookies is a place you tend to stray at night when you have a sweet tooth.. & YES THE COOKIES ARE SO MOUTHWATERING & very soft.. especially when they come fresh from the oven. However, I can't say the same for their workers.. as far as having a pleasant experience. This is my second time at this location and the first time was AMAZING. This time.. the workers were just sitting in the back.. I sat for about 10 mins literally before someone came out... only because I coughed (it's flu/cold season) when she came out.. didn't greet anybody. So I said "Hello" because I'm just a friendly and assertive person.. I began with my order and she said "well you're gonna have to wait 20 mins" this is for the cookies I wanted.. so I waited.. but it's just the way she said it and the attitude that came with it. Then she walked away after I paid, and I waited for her to come back because I wanted to know if it was okay to wait in my car for those 20 mins.. either way. Cookies fire.. but prepare to deal with attitudes at 2am..

there was a piece of hard substance inside one of our cookies. we get cookies all the time from there but today this piece was in there . we could have choked on it! We thought it was a piece of chocolate and we can not even break it.

Got cookies delivered and one was missing. I called back and asked who was the delivery man cause he ate one of me cookies,20 minutes later I got a knock on the door it was a fresh dozen cookies. He apologized for the one missing. So Insomnia gets 5 stars for their service.
