Need to shoutout the manager working right now. He is helping in every part (orders , pickup, delivering food). You hear him leading his staff and is speaking kindly and patiently. Well run fast food isn’t common anymore and everything he is going smoothly thanks to his hustle.

Don't ever order delivery here!! Not worth the risk. Spent 30 dollars and got sum food delivered. The deliver thru doordash and the guy took my food. Jack in the box is treating it as my food got delivered while doordash is saying they can't do anything about it. Terrible experience.

Don’t order after midnight they’ll put whatever they want in the bag and when you call to confront them they’ll hang up in your face and the manager that worked November 7th at 1:00am is very rude and shouldn’t be in that position. Will never order from here again

I called them because they messed me and my moms order up the person who answered the phone was a feminine man and he was very nasty with me and my mom he told up that he made all the food and bag in when he didn’t I don’t recommend ordering on DoorDash late night because they will just mess you order up and I will be contacting your hr about the person who hung up in our face

Well I went there at 10pm to get food, saw someone get cashed out and then when I got to the window he told me they only take mobile or DoorDash orders. Mind you their inside is open till 11pm and themselves are open 24hrs.. very disappointed.

Refused to take my order. First time this has ever happened to me. Around 1am when I pulled up to drive thru the worker mumbled uber and door dash. I said, no, I would just like to order food. A minute passes, I said hello? They finally spoke up again and said only uber and door dash can receive food at the second window, they would not take my order. Refused service. Don't go to this location, as they only allow delivery drivers after a certain hour.
