We are truckers and were traveling in a van and came here after dining hours. Our van was too tall to fit through the drive thru so we nicely asked a worker that was off duty to see if we could get some food cause we were hungry and one of us was sick and didn’t feel good. The guy that was on break was nice and offered to take the order and put it in for us. While we were telling him the order, this woman that was working asked what we were doing and said that we can’t order it’s after dine in hours and was rude and threw a fit so we left. All we wanted was for our coworker to get some food because she felt sick… So much for having a heart and being kind nowadays.

We haven't been to Jack in the Box since we lived in California over 20 years ago. My burger tasted good, just that the patty was dry. They put enough condiments on it, so the sandwich itself wasn't dry. My husband ordered the egg rolls. They were very delicious. Full of flavor. The service was average, as was the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Immediately got sick after eating their mini tacos. Had no issues going into the night at all. Light night meal after work and did not agree with me at all. No real anything to say about the service as they did the absolute bare minimum.
I just went there to purchase six piece smoked show boneless wings combo. My boneless wings barely have any if not no sauce on them. I will have to add my own sauce to it and that’s not right!

I wouldn't be honest if I rated this Jack in the box any higher. The food was tasty,however the portions are small for the price,the menu is too all over the place with no consistent variety.
The service was less than enthusiastic and a bright pink hair was in my loaded potato wedges which were small in the first place. Though my order was replaced . It was so cold in the store we chose to eat in the car. It felt like all the doors were open like being outside. All in all it was a almost depressing, lack luster,freezing cold environment ,with bored looking employees and overpriced under sized food .
