The food is tasty and fresh. The staff was polite, but they seemed rushed. The neighborhood is quite dangerous and sketchy, so please lock your doors and remain vigilant about your surroundings.
We haven't been to Jack in the Box since we lived in California over 20 years ago. My burger tasted good, just that the patty was dry. They put enough condiments on it, so the sandwich itself wasn't dry. My husband ordered the egg rolls. They were very delicious. Full of flavor. The service was average, as was the atmosphere of the restaurant.
This was me and my boyfriends first time coming here,. We ordered our food online and had an online issue where it had sent it to the location in greenwood. Anyway, Suzette Lopez the GM quickly resolved the issue and was very kind about it! Needless to say, I will be back here again!
