The quality of the food at this location was below average. Nothing in particular just hit different than at other locations. Maybe it was a one off time but the experience made me not want Jack in the box for awhile again. Also it wasn’t cheap for myself and three kids to eat here. For the price there’s so many other places we wished we went. Especially to not enjoy the food.

We stopped in late after the Royal Rumble in Indy. We had four adults all ordering meals and sweet treats. It was a $70 order. The food came out quickly and correctly. It was the absolute best late night meal to top off the evening. The line moved really quickly

There's no diversity, they all seem to be of the same ethnicity and 90% women. They don't seem to like white males. I've been 5 times since I moved to Greenwood and I've been treated horrible every single time . I'll never return to any jack n the box location if it's not operated by Americans .

I drove 30 minutes to get food from your store because it's the closest there is to where I live and I can't even get the proper food because your staff can't answer a few questions! This was the worst experience ever.
