The employees were nice but the food was just ok. I ordered a Southwest salad and the literally gave me two chicken tenders on top of a salad. I would assume when you order a salad from a restaurant they would pre cut the chicken but I guess not. They also didn't give me a knife and had to ask for one. The soda machine was also down and they didn't seem to know. Almost every flavor was flat and the water catcher underneath was borderline overflowing. When we asked for drinks at the counter they gave us flat sodas as well. At that point I just wanted to eat and leave. I did eat and drink my flat soda. Overall service was good, nice staff but everything else is a no. I wouldn't return to this location.

My wife and I both became I'll after eating there. The canola oil they fried in was bad.
First time at Jack n the box.I live in Michigan and we don't have any in my area.I was not a fan.The food was average.the environment was very loud and extremely rushed!
