Really good customer service

Employee acted like we were disturbing her. Was not customer friendly at all. That was my first and last visit to Jacks Donuts. I can get better treatment at Walmart

always a must stop for fresh warm donuts! The carmel glazed cinnamon rolls are so so good!

This is my 2 year olds favorite hang out spot. Unfortunately this morning wasn’t the best experience. Donuts were great, as always but the customer service left plenty to be desired. I get everyone has bad days, TRUST ME I WORK IN EMS… I GET IT 😂 but at least acknowledge a customer and don’t have an attitude. I asked for 1/2 a dozen to be packed separately so I could take them to my daughter’s daycare… THAT right there ruined the employees day.

When sitting in my car I saw one of the employees clean the rack the donuts sit on with a MOP. Me and my significant other went inside to ask about it and he said he used that same mop for the floor and other stuff. i immediately left. i’m very disappointed and disgusted. This happened on 3/23 at 6:30pm! Was not about to reach a manager there. Please check the cameras and evaluate your employees because that is a health violation.

So good! The people working here are so polite and fast. They have some of the best coffee and donuts.

Outstanding service! My family stopped by just before closing, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and efficient. We ordered a dozen donuts, and to our surprise, they generously added a free one since they had extras and were wrapping up for the night. The donuts were absolutely delicious, and the warm, welcoming attitude of the team made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Donuts taste fresh (and bigger compared to most), employees are always kind, and for the most part the place is fairly clean (there have been a few occasions where tables were grubby). We love having a local donut shop! If we're not in a rush, though, we always hit up Longs Bakery (even though they're much further). Not that Jacks is bad but rather, a little more expensive. I don't know how but I feel like we spend almost $20 for 4-5 donuts for 2. Also, much less options which isn't a deal breaker, but when running out of your favorite donut, you tend to go where they have more choices and where it's more affordable.

Parking: Lots of parking

Kid-friendliness: They have a small TV area which generally is playing something kid friendly. It's not always on but nice when it is. The tables aren't cleaned regularly though so bring hand sanitizer!

The donuts are delicious....but, I went in today and they have doubled the price of everything. They have out priced this good customer. I won't be going back. I guess it will be Longs from now on.

I never thought I would say this, as for decades I have listed "Jacks Donuts" as one of the things I want on my last day... but I continue to be disappointed. Having grown up in 70s just around corner from Jacks in Sunnyside, it is in my blood.

I simply want a couple of white iced rolls, most of the time. I've stated that when you put them in a bag, especially with other iced ones, it's a total mess. Last time I asked for box so icing would not get totally wiped off, they charged me $1 for the box.

This is in addition to their spotty availability, and very wide quality control variance issues they have at this location. Next time I am around Lee Marcum I will give him my honest opinion.
