This is my 2 year olds favorite hang out spot. Unfortunately this morning wasn’t the best experience. Donuts were great, as always but the customer service left plenty to be desired. I get everyone has bad days, TRUST ME I WORK IN EMS… I GET IT 😂 but at least acknowledge a customer and don’t have an attitude. I asked for 1/2 a dozen to be packed separately so I could take them to my daughter’s daycare… THAT right there ruined the employees day.

Outstanding service! My family stopped by just before closing, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and efficient. We ordered a dozen donuts, and to our surprise, they generously added a free one since they had extras and were wrapping up for the night. The donuts were absolutely delicious, and the warm, welcoming attitude of the team made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Donuts taste fresh (and bigger compared to most), employees are always kind, and for the most part the place is fairly clean (there have been a few occasions where tables were grubby). We love having a local donut shop! If we're not in a rush, though, we always hit up Longs Bakery (even though they're much further). Not that Jacks is bad but rather, a little more expensive. I don't know how but I feel like we spend almost $20 for 4-5 donuts for 2. Also, much less...
