Carmel rolls and Tiger tails tasted stale and dry. Having grown up in New Castle, these were not the same donuts I had at the original.

The Apple fritter is HUGE! Flavor was great, but the inside was not fully cooked. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but the inside was a little gummy.

Once every other week, my work has a way too early meeting. I am NOT a morning person, but I'll rise a little earlier to stop by Jacks Donuts to grab a box of donuts for the meeting. Every time I walk in, the woman behind the register is so welcoming. Her positivity always starts my day off right. Not to mention the donuts are delicious and are easily the best around.

Normally I would rate this place 5/5 but a few things are wrong. The donuts seem to not be cooked all the way and instead of the golden brown they used to be ins now they're pale white. I even bit into one that was basically still raw. And the servers. Basically all of servers are great except for one. The light brown skin young woman there. I don't know if she is a teenager going through puberty but she has a serious attitude. I know being in public service sucks, but she needs to learn to at least show common courtesy and learn how to effe prioritize each customer and their needs without be rude or pass aggressive. The Ambiance is fine. I think if you guys focus on cooking your donuts better that would automatically bring the score up to a 4/5.

Site says open at 6am, door says open at 6 am, but here it is at 6:45 on a Tuesday and not open.

Donuts are good. Coffee was ok. Would absolutely come back and try more options.

Horrible me and some friends got donut holes this morning on our way to work and they tasted like they had been sitting in the case for 6 weeks we’re good never stopping here ever again in life called to let them know and they never answered the phone they knew what kind of morning this was and voicemail was full I am sure many complaints ??

Went here today, me and my coworker, on our am break. Service was prompt, but the donuts were horrible!. Dry and glaze cracking off as you bite into them. The dough had a taste of frying oil. I thought that they were old donuts. Called in to talk with the owner/cook, and she stated " that she may have cooked them too long, but they were freshly cooked." She had no apologies for our dissatisfaction and told us we could tell whoever we like about the bad donuts. She did not care. She didn't even try to make amends for the bad experience. Poor customer service!1

A great way to start your day. They keep it simple; just coffee and donuts.Good donuts, clean shop, and courteous staff.

We used to be regulars, but the quality has declined. The staff is always nice.I'm old, but I still want a sprinkled donut! When I saw the donut that looked like it was accidentally dipped, I asked where the rest of the sprinkles were. The gal kindly told me sprinkles were expensive and that's how they do them. Oh well. Jack's in Carmel still covers the top with sprinkles. The order wasn't packed well. When you stack iced donuts, you end up with a mess.
