Jack's Donuts at Intech Park

A wide variety of donut styles and flavors offered. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. We purchased a dozen tiger tail donut holes, a cereal donut and a cream cheese blueberry donut. The glazed and chocolate donut hole creation was delicious. The cereal donut was fluffy and crunchy with cereal topping in each bite. The cream cheese blueberry donut was a little more dense, with tasty blueberry filling. The cream cheese frosting provided a nice creaminess with each bite. Definitely worth stopping in for a few donuts for the road.

Donuts taste old and bad heavily recommend some other place like the Starbucks close by and there is a dunking like 10 min drive if you have time

Great doughnuts

Stop by never been here before but they had some girl who hadn’t been trained running the store herself. She didn’t have a clue what she was doing, didn’t know how to make drinks had to call her manager multiple times to try and figure things out. I order a a Jacks dozen and 4 drinks she couldn’t make 3 of the 4 and still took over 30 mins to get that order together. Then to top it off instead of finishing my order she started taking other people order didn’t even get my full order because I was sick of waiting by far the worse experience I’ve ever had terrible location.

On 2/9/25 ORDERED DONUTS I HAVE NEVER HAD DONUTS THAT WERE SO GREASY !!! SHEESH LOOK LIKE I HAD LIP GLOSS ON , NO THANK YOU !! 😳🥴

I've had great donuts , but these aren't it! Heavy , tasted like store bought day old. I liked the strawberry iced yeast one. The cinnamon sugar thing was like a tough breadstick. I recommend going to Pana if looking for donuts that are delicious. Wish I could be more excited about these, but I am glad I didn't buy as many as I went in to get.

I've been to many different locations of Jack's donuts and they are all very clean the employees take care of you in order many choices of donuts,pastry's and many drinks to choose from but what I like best are the strawberry smoothies the best hands down

What the heck! Walked in for the first time as a new customer. It's 25 degrees outside! WAS NOT GREETED AT ALL. THREE EMPLOYEES STANDING THERE TALKING. I SAID HELLO NO RESPONSE. THE CHICK WITH SANDY BROWN HAIR AND GLASSES THAT CAME TO HELP ME. I LOOKED AT HER WE MAKING EYE CONTACT I SAID HELLO. SHE PAUSED FROWNED AT ME THEN SAID HELLO. I SAID BYE! WALKED OUT THE DOOR!
