I've had great donuts , but these aren't it! Heavy , tasted like store bought day old. I liked the strawberry iced yeast one. The cinnamon sugar thing was like a tough breadstick. I recommend going to Pana if looking for donuts that are delicious. Wish I could be more excited about these, but I am glad I didn't buy as many as I went in to get.

I've been to many different locations of Jack's donuts and they are all very clean the employees take care of you in order many choices of donuts,pastry's and many drinks to choose from but what I like best are the strawberry smoothies the best hands down

What the heck! Walked in for the first time as a new customer. It's 25 degrees outside! WAS NOT GREETED AT ALL. THREE EMPLOYEES STANDING THERE TALKING. I SAID HELLO NO RESPONSE. THE CHICK WITH SANDY BROWN HAIR AND GLASSES THAT CAME TO HELP ME. I LOOKED AT HER WE MAKING EYE CONTACT I SAID HELLO. SHE PAUSED FROWNED AT ME THEN SAID HELLO. I SAID BYE! WALKED OUT THE DOOR!
MY FIRST TIME WANTING TO TRY JACK'S DONUTS THANK YOU FOR YOUR NASTY AND RUDE BEHAVIOR THE DONUTS PROBABLY TASTED THE SAME ANYWAY!!

The doughnut was very good (raspberry cream cheese filled) and the coffee was some of the best I've had in a while (Carmel roll) server was friendly and helpful. Not a ton of area to sit but nice for a quick bite and a coffee
