I have loved Jack’s in the past but today I got there at 1:50pm and the employee was sitting inside scrolling with a handwritten closed sign and no explanation. They are supposed to be open until 3. Very disappointing, especially for my daughter, who was being brought there for a special treat!

Got two dozen donuts. It was over $40! Pana is like $36 for a dozen yeast and a dozen assorted. Long's is under $25 for the same order. Always thought Jack's was ok, but not as those prices.

Me and my partner went to pick up some donuts and left super happy! Kiki was awesome and super helpful in telling us what each donut was. Will definitely be visiting here more often!!

I ordered a giant birthday donut for my daughter’s 5th birthday. They lost my order (but managed to still charge me). I requested the donut be ready at opening on a Friday. I showed up 30 minutes after opening and the restaurant was closed with a handwritten sign taped to the door that said “ran out of donuts. Opening at 7 am”. I came back 30 minutes later only to find out they had not made my order. I requested a refund in person and again later via follow up phone call. 4 days later and I still have not received a refund. I do not recommend due to their lack of professionalism and customer service (and because of my very sad 5-year-old).

Ordered through the too good to go app and when I got there they were closed during the pickup window and had a sign saying that they were sold out. Very frustrating to drive all the way over there and to have it closed early.

Man, I wish we weren't tourists...... Loved these donuts! They have so many different kinds!! We had never seen a chocolate /glazed mix! Those glazed twists? Mmmm mmmm. Next time we drive 5 hours to Indiana, we will stop again! Lol

The donuts are great but the girl was leaned over the counter and looked irritated when we walked in. I got my donuts and then asked if they had coffee she said no we don't, we close in 5 mins but it was more like ten. Not the point though, just leave the coffee till you close it's a donut shop and coffee. You sell two things. She was just kind of there and not friendly.
