Man, I wish we weren't tourists...... Loved these donuts! They have so many different kinds!! We had never seen a chocolate /glazed mix! Those glazed twists? Mmmm mmmm. Next time we drive 5 hours to Indiana, we will stop again! Lol

The donuts are great but the girl was leaned over the counter and looked irritated when we walked in. I got my donuts and then asked if they had coffee she said no we don't, we close in 5 mins but it was more like ten. Not the point though, just leave the coffee till you close it's a donut shop and coffee. You sell two things. She was just kind of there and not friendly.

The donuts were okay, not great. The staff was friendly and happy to serve us when we walked in. We got 5 different donuts. The apple fritter was a bit dry. Our favorite of the ones we got was the glazed with chocolate frosting.

I've never had a bad experience in this location, but I must say the selection is not as good anymore. They run out of apple fritters too fast, there's not enough cake donuts, and for some reason they have a lot of donuts with nuts on top, which is a health hazard for some people. I don't know anyone who likes nuts atop their donuts, let alone several different types with nuts on top. It doesn't even look like they sell well, based on the amount on display. There are nowhere near enough cake donuts anymore, which I used to love. Jack's used to have the best cake donuts I've ever tasted, but alas I am denied that pleasure when I go now. Their donut holes could be better, and their yeast donuts are nothing too special. However, if you like filled donuts, you probably won't be disappointed. They have a great variety and I still prefer their filled donuts waaay over Dunkin'. As usual for Jack's Donuts the prices aren't too steep, if you can find what you're looking for. I love the people who work there. They're always very kind, and to be honest it's a big reason I'm still a customer. The facility is clean and welcoming as well. But I miss their old selection, especially the Death-Star-sized apple fritters and cake donuts.

It would go a long way if management labeled the donuts in cases. Service is slow because customers ask what each donut is then hem and haw over whether they want it. When there’s only one employee and a bunch of people in line, it would be massive improvement.

Came out from Connecticut 810 miles to visit family and get my wife a Jack's donut which turned into two for her and two for me which was totally worth the trip. Great tasting donuts.

Delicious. Unfortunately I stopped by midafternoon and some of my favorites were sold out, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars. I was not disappointed with any of the others I chose. If you haven't tried them, please do so. You won't be sorry you did.
