Customer service is so very good. Door Dash delivered our food late -had a couple of stops in between. The staff re-made my order and delivered hot. Jacks is nostalgic - I highly recommend Castleton Jacks - staff is amazing!!

I have been having Jack's Pizza for over 40 years. And it is still my absolute favorite! The Castleton is my go to location They make it the same way with lots of toppings and delicious taste every time! Hey Papa John's, ever heard of putting toppings on your pizza instead of it just being mainly sauce? Everybody should treat themselves just once and try Jacks. You won't regret it!

Back in Indy for a few days. Jack's never disappoints.
Finally made it to Jack's, and it didn't disappoint. If you are a toppings person, this is your spot. Thin crust, tavern style, and piled high. Their version of a supreme is fantastically fresh and loaded. We also got an 18in half pepperoni half cheese which was solid. I would stay away from this place if you are a one topping pizza lover. The bang is in the loaded specialty pizzas. We'll be back for those.

I have been going to Jack's Pizza since the early 1970s and I'm sad to say that I will NEVER go back again after today. I ordered a big Jack's and it was the nastiest pizza I have ever had in my life. The sauce taste was horrible. It was so salty it made me nauseous. The vegetables were too large for the pizza. No quality at all and when I called to report the disdain for the pizza and the saltiness all the employee said okay. I hate to waste money but this is $20 down the drain. I'm truly saddened by this experience of my favorite pizza place. Now, I will drive all the way to New Bethel Pizza on Southeastern Street before I ever order Jack's Pizza again. That's how bad it was. That's how nasty it was. I wish I could give it a zero zero Stars.
