The pizza was perfect I ordered pick up he said 18 minutes. I got there in 15 minutes pizza was ready left the young man a tip it was worth it.

Visiting Indiana from Texas. I got the 10" Jack Rabbit with extra cheese, and it was delicious! I like that it's a thin crust, and the toppings go right up to the edge of the pizza-- so you're not eating a lot of bread. I also really like that they cut the pizza in a grid rather than like a pie so it's easier to eat. I highly recommend and will definitely eat here again when I'm in town. ❤️❤️

Stopped in at 8pm on a Friday night and ordered an 18" Big Jack and a 14" sausage and pepperoni expecting it to take at least an hour if not longer. The guy that took my order said it would take about 25 to 30 minutes and 25 minutes later they were done and perfect.

This is always a treat for me that I get a few times a year. It's been consistently good for decades!
We have been buying pizza here for years bought a pizza yesterday . Worst pizza ever. Cold , no cheese, breadsticks were still have baked dough. And it took over 2 hours to get a cold pizza. My husband called and spoke with the owner. No apology from him. He wanted to rattle off how much things cost him and that’s why the quality sucked. Will Never but again from here. Which is sad because we use to love jacks.

Jack's Pizza has been a favorite of mine since I was a child. The quality of their pizza is *chef's kiss*! I personally like the thin crust and their ingredients always taste fresh. Originally I had trouble understanding how to place an order online so that's something the company could work on. ?

Reality rarely exceeds my expectations, but wow! Ordered around 4:45ish pm crew was lively, communicated well, and delivered one of the most top-notch pizzas we have had.14” Big Jack (Supreme) totaled about $30. Well worth the splurge!Walked in to order and left with our dinner within 20 mins! Only thing that could have improved our experience would be seats (:
Parking: Particular about parking (10 minute spots for jacks) handicapped parking available, one space without tow away signs, the remaining spots were allocated to other shops/eateries near. No issues on the rainy day we went.
