So I waited because I wanted to not be mad when I wrote my review. I was completely disappointed. This was my first time trying this brand. Was looking for a good thin trust pizza. My complaint was the lack of topping. My pizza looked like it was miss them. This was a Pepperoni ham and bacon. I didn't know the make their pizza in crust, sauce, toppings, then cheese.. which I feel is a way to hide the non existent toppings. I found spots missing cheese. You can see in pictures.. Suggestions: Start weighing your topping for your pizzas. I asked and I was told you fill a cup for each size. Switch the layer of cheese under topping. It helps to bind to crust. If you don't like these, then lower your price.. not worth the $30 for the quality I received.

With delivery and tip the 14” big jack was almost $50. This is how it arrived. Driver dropped it? Slid off his seat? No idea. He was an actual Jacks employee, not door dash etc. He was very personable and friendly. I called the store immediately. They wouldn’t replace it but credited my account. We had to reassemble, heat and cut our 14” pizza. Was it good? Yes, it’s Jacks. Do better though Jacks! You’re not dominos!

Customer service is so very good. Door Dash delivered our food late -had a couple of stops in between. The staff re-made my order and delivered hot. Jacks is nostalgic - I highly recommend Castleton Jacks - staff is amazing!!

I have been having Jack's Pizza for over 40 years. And it is still my absolute favorite! The Castleton is my go to location They make it the same way with lots of toppings and delicious taste every time! Hey Papa John's, ever heard of putting toppings on your pizza instead of it just being mainly sauce? Everybody should treat themselves just once and try Jacks. You won't regret it!
