I’ve been eating Jack’s Pizza my whole life — it’s always been my go-to spot whenever I come home to visit from Las Vegas. Unfortunately, this visit was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience.
I ordered my usual pizza (which should’ve had pepperoni, black olives, and banana peppers), but they completely left the pepperoni off. I called to see how they could make it right, and the only thing they offered was a $2 credit. That’s honestly a joke.
I spent $62 total (pizza, bread sticks and $15 tips), and instead of making things right or offering a remake, they thought $2 was fair compensation. I’ve always supported Jack’s, but this experience was really disappointing. I should’ve ordered from Papa John’s — at least when they mess up, their customer service actually makes it right.

I ordered a large sausage and pepperoni, 16 in. Cost me 30 bucks and it was light on sausage but pepperoni was practically non existent . 8 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza. I won't order from there anymore. Plus I left a 10 dollar tip. I got screwed.

I did not like the vibe and thay had no bread sticks so thay add pepperoni and cheese to a bun for 7.48$ and it was not meant to have onions and it had them and I got 4 items and it cost 35+$ on a meal for 2

They let me place. My order gave me my total, then told me there was no more pick up for the night and I had to do the delivery then when I told him I was paying cash they told me I couldn’t order because I was I didn’t have a card Very very sucky.
No matter what I could never visit Indianapolis,In and not stop at the best pizza place in the city. I worked there as a teen and grew an even better perspective of this place. There ingredients and the cleanliness is top tier!. I love Jacks and their service is awesome too!

All you need to know is when you call, they're hiring. They'll also tell you 54 min, but it will actually be 2hr-2hr20min later. I called their manager for an update and he claims I'm lying and they told me 1 hour to an 1hr45min. I'm currently still waiting. All he could say is 'our drivers on the way with your order'. Mind you, this is a Wednesday at 6:18. I mean come on, do better. Over 2hrs for one pie, a breadstick, and a 2 liter is crazy. Will not reorder, do not recommend. Put 1 star because I had to. I would've asked for a refund but the so-called-manager was very unprofessional and not understanding. Go to Papa John's or another large chain, save your time and money.

I spent $30.36. Speedway gas station pizza has more toppings. I had 7 toppings and it was totally flat. We know Jacks is usually an impressively hearty pizza... it had the look of a frozen pizza ...so disappointed
