Pizza took 3 times longer than was quoted.. then when it got here was cold.. manager was useless and said next time you can come and get it yourself. Since I live so close. He refused to credit my card back.. for the poor service and cold pizza.. to get the cash back was gonna take a few days.. pathetic... don't order from this place..

I drove from the northeast side of Indianapolis just to try a large meat pizza. Let me tell you it was well worth it. The pizza was amazing. I also had a pound of bone in wings cooked well done. Love it. I recommend this Jacks Pizza.

Sad day for a loyal customer who has ordered for years and usually picks up orders. (Never happens) Tonight had to get delivered same order every time extra cheese. First order all cheese shifted to one side so they remake upon replacement pizza arriving same thing all cheese is shifted to one side!? I send it back to the manager called me back and pretty much called me a liar and said the pizza came back the way its supposed to look. Not to mention the driver admitted to getting cut off on the way and both seen the pizza was off. So Katie the manager solution to this is to credit me $10 after spending $35 and your right... it's hard enough being a single dad but spending money on dinner and having to it 2x is ridiculous thank you because I have been looking for a reson to stop spending my hard earned money on overpriced food!!
Love Jacks pizza but $30 Is too much for a medium with 4 toppings plus cheese
