Their pepperoni pizza tastes amazing, and has great texture when reheated in a microwave. Genuinely good food, and the special pizza has olives but the flavors blend together amazingly, so that none of the flavor profiles are too bold.

I usually have to drive here from the westside because the consistency is better.I've still gotten a few from here that wasn't very good but I'd rather have average than bad so I come here most the time.

Pizza and breadsticks are way better than any national chain. Ordered pickup for this visit. There were lots of people waiting in the chairs so I knew it was going to be good. Did not disappoint.

My husband and I always order from Jacks, and it is ALWAYS really good! Today is was AMAZING!! The Madison store is the one we always go to. I talked to the manager Derek, to tell him how great the pizza and breadsticks were today, and come to find out hewas the one who made the pizza today..... Thank you Derek, the pizza was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!

Pizza was good. Although it was big I think it was overpriced, $40 for an 18 inch is too much!To the owner: I know how much the actual pizza was and how much the other items were. Still had to pay delivery fee and tax so $30.99 is still a ridiculous amount for a pizza that I can get at a different place with the same toppings and it will taste just as good if not better. I only ordered today because of a recommendation from a friend and I will not be wasting my money at your establishment again!!!
