I’ve never had a problem with my pizza until the other day. The crust was white and soggy and the pizza was thin (I got all the toppings). They “sprinkled” on a little meat. I ended up just throwing it away.

Ordered for delivery to a hotel i was staying at approx 1 mile from their location. 1.5 hours later i called to see why it hadn't arrived yet. I was told the delivery driver couldn't make it but they could send it door dash. I asked if it had even been made yet and was told no. Cancelled the order.

I purchased a pizza this evening at the Purdue Rd location. The store was dirty. The lobby area was full of customers waiting for pizza. The service was slow. There was a tall male making pizzas and placing toppings on the pizza without wearing gloves. His pants appeared to be falling down so he repeatedly kept pulling them up. He also coughed several times. When I pointed it out to the cashier that he didn’t have on gloves she told me the man was the general manager.

1st timer on my way back to Columbus. Team Member was friendly. Pizza looked good, but I saw it was Columbus style Thin which I don't like. Fortunately the Team Member actually put extra sauce which was very good. The cheese was also very nice. Only issue was at the end of the order online it said add bacon for free. I debated but added. Wrong choice as it was so chewy at fatty it destroyed the pizza. Next time I'm that way it's cheese and extra sauce. Very nice.

I ordered a pizza at 6:32, order #27. The original delivery time was 7:20-7:30. It finally arrived at 8:07, and it was stone cold, not even warm. Without a doubt, this is one of the worst pizzas I've had delivered. With a total price of over $30, including a $5 delivery fee, this is ridiculous. I should have believed the other reviews.

Ordered food and they didn't include everything I paid for. I called and was told a refund would be issued within 1 day. They never processed it. Called a few times to talk to the manager about it but wasn't able to get in touch with the manager that handles this, so I never received the refund.
Second time to try Jack’s with a pick up order. Now I remember why it’s been so many years. Not impressed at all. Spent over $30 for one build your own pizza and had a coupon for free breadsticks. The pizza crust is like cardboard. I couldn’t taste the sauce. Toppings were pretty generous. The breadsticks were the absolute worst! They were dense and chewy. It appeared they were yesterday’s dough, put in the cooler, hardened and then pulled out the next day and baked. Good service, hot fresh pizza, but I’d never spend my money here again.
