Really good pizza, friendly staff

Rude service. They said this is the type of cheese they have always used. The sauce was spoiled and barely any toppings. Spoke to the manager asking for a refund, all they did was re-printing my receipt. Then continued to blame her employee when she was the one that made the pizza. This place is on its last straw.

Ordered a pizza, breadsticks and a 2 liter of coke. We waited 3 hours and decided to call and see what’s going on. Ordered at 6:23pm. I said i could come pick up but whoever answered said they would work on it right then. We called again at 8:30pm because we hadn’t heard an update and said to CANCEL the order. However, this pizza showed up at 9:43pm. No breadsticks, no coke, just a pizza. And whoever cut this pizza is a joke, lol. We will be disputing this charge.

Just terrible. I don't know what's going on, but this is ridiculous to wait 2 hours for a carryout pizza. Very poorly made. Employees are very frustrated from lack of help. Not trained. Very poorly run company. I don't recommend giving my hard-earned money to a very poorly run company. It makes me sad. They used to be better. What happened? Pay alot of money for very poor service and food. I just drawed the line no more of my hard earned money going to a poorly ran Jack's pizza. Made wrong size. Not even our pizza that was made. Just very poorly ran. From a customer view. Not a very happy customer that spent $30 for a large pizza. Wit no extra cheese. No sausage liberties used to be..pile this on. Just not worth the money. Move on people.

They put plenty of sausage and ham things like that but it's just not good quality to me they barely put the cheese on there and pack the sausage on and everything else and it would be good if it was the small ground up sausage but it's the big hunk sausage and the ham is very cheap I don't know it just seems like it's very cheap ingredients and then they slice the vegetables humongous. There's one on the far south side in Greenwood that is a little better their sausage is ground up and their vegetables are cut up better. But I think I'm going to go away from Jack's all the locations I'm just not a fan. How about a couple of good pizzas but it's been so long ago

I ordered a lard Jacks pizza Saturday night and 2hrs later I got my pizza and it was cold. Not Jacks delivery drivers but door dash they are using at the moment and so today being Sunday 10/19 I called up there and spoke to the GM and very polite and very respectful had no problem making it right so I order 2 strombolis and decided it would be wise for me to pick them up. Very pleased with the service and hospitality from the GM and his staff. The whole crew are a good team with good energy and great vibes. I kindly recommend Jacks for there pizza and I highly recommend just to pick it up until the can get some delivery drivers back in to replace the door dash drivers that have not a clue on what they are doing. Great food,great team ,keep up the good work guys!

Location: 8025 Pendleton Pike I’ve been eating Jack’s Pizza my whole life — it’s always been my go-to spot whenever I come home to visit from Las Vegas. Unfortunately, this visit was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience. I ordered my usual pizza (which should’ve had pepperoni, black olives, and banana peppers), but they completely left the pepperoni off. I called to see how they could make it right, and the only thing they offered was a $2 credit. That’s honestly a joke. I spent $62 total (pizza, bread sticks and $15 tips), and instead of making things right or offering a remake, they thought $2 was fair compensation. I’ve always supported Jack’s, but this experience was really disappointing. I should’ve ordered from Papa John’s — at least when they mess up, their customer service actually makes it right.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Got no pepperoni. As you can tell by the photo, not one slice. Total rippoff.

Welp,I got burned again! I decided to give this particular Jacks location another chance and once again I received horrible service! First of all they didn’t have delivery drivers so they deferred me to Door Dash! I regretfully waited an hour and a half only to finally receive my order,which was turning cold and I ordered extra cheese and it barely had basic cheese! That did it..I will never order from this Jacks location again! (except in the case that Pizza goes out of style and this is the only pizza place on Earth!) So disappointed! Check out the photo..

Pizza had very little toppings. I also ordered extra cheese it wasn’t extra cheese. An they charged 30 dollar. I’ll never eat here again

Don't say your hours are til 11pm if we have to be there by 1030 to pick up a pizza. Advertise your true hours. Open til 11pm means if we order a pizza at 10pm, we should have plenty of time to come get it
