I got the pizza often and have been for years and have never had any issues not once . Pizza always good and hot as is breadsticks and always greeted the second I walk in. I actually just grabbed pizza earlier this afternoon and highly recommend and the prices are affordable

I ordered a pizza and they had door dash deliver it and they gave my pizza to the wrong person the customer called me and let me knew they had my pizza due to the receipt having my address and phone number on it I called in tonight to get my credit that they said they would give which is $10 now it’s I don’t remember which isn’t good customer service! Remind you I order three jacks pizza not door dash so it wasn’t and not my fault but I want be ordering again I use to order twice a week from here

I should NOT have to search for meat on a $38 pizza! Manager said that I ordered 4 veggies and 2 meats. So does that mean I should have 5 pieces of green pepper to 1 pepperoni and 2 pieces of Italian sausage per slice for my $38?????!!!! Gtfoh!

The pizza doesn't look good at all and my salad wasn't made right... They just put a whole lot of vegetables and stuff on there no cheese barely meat on it... If I pay all this money for my food I expected to be right

Pizza is always good especially the Jack Rabbit(imo Jack’s has the best veggie pizza. Hands down). And they make some good salads.

Called in to place a pick up 10’ pizza was told 10/12 mins I waited 15 to get there an the guy claim they been busy, pizza hadn’t even been made an he again saying 10 mins smh… all for the pizza do not even be hot for real… wasn’t any sausage on the pizza jus all veggies, jus horrible. I’ve never had a bad pizza from jacks till u get on Lafayette rd. They jus do not care this way an will take ur cash with ease. Jus horrible $20 dollar waste
