The only problem is they do not listen to the customer when asked not to put the Italian seasoning or whatever you guys call in get home breadsticks are not cooked still doing Pizza has to be taken back to the restaurant to have it remade

Ruined my pizza. Bout $20 worth of breaksticks that were barely cook. They laid those breaksticks on top of my pizza. When I opened the pizza it ripped half the toppings off. All my chest cups were busted. Employe told me the owner would call me back and never did. -5 stars

This is a 10” big jack deluxe with no green olives extra banana peppers extra cheese cost $33 with delivery,it arrives no onion no green pepper no extra banana pepper no extra cheese no mushroom! I called and the manager said can you bring the pizza back to us so we can see, I said why would I pay 5 delivery fee plus 5 tip to get in my car and drive it back but I said I can take a picture I was told that’s ok no need , I was told I was getting a refund so we shall see, I will update post and let everyone know if the refund was honored!

We used to love jacks pizza back in the day, and we saw this location driving one day and decided to order, and it was just like it was way back when. Lots of menu options. The pizza was deeeeeeelicious. Was easy to order online. It was delivered hot, fresh, and just like we ordered. The driver was friendly and courteous. We highly recommend this location ?
