Pizza's amazing. A little slow on delivery. Need a little bit of work on their breadsticks, bring them back to what they used to be.The cheese is always cold for the breadsticks, but the the 2 l of Coke is always hot.

Greeted when entered the door despite employees being immersed in prior arriving customers. Order taken with details confirmed. Staff brought pizza out to car. Pizza made as requested-tastes great!

The team in here is great! What I appreciated was the detail that was taken when I shared with female employee there that I had a life threatening allergy. When I arrived to pick up my order she let me know that she completely used all new ingredients bags to prevent cross contamination with my allergy and even cooked my pizza in a separate oven. I have never had anyone across any size of restaurant care that much about safety. I will always come to this Jacks!

I held off on 5stars and will update when I see consistency is good.
Got a family feast and prices are $5 more than usual but the sauce was how jacks is supposed to be and how it was for 2 decades when I was younger.
The flavor was great and pizza was cooked exactly how it's supposed to be and I'm so glad one opened back up for the west side and hope the consistency is better than the previous westside jacks pizza stores.
Edit, took my rating down a star because the 2nd pie didn't taste like the 1st one I got.
The sauce wasn't seasoned as good and the pepperoni wasn't as plentiful as the 1st one.
I hope to God it doesn't go down hill like all the others.
Will update if things change for the better.
And the feast isn't a combo anymore and cost about $7 more which is a lot more
Family feast is about $29 at other locations, here just a xl 2 topping is that price.
Sad because I was gonna be a regular customer and now it's back to only ordering a few times a year from the stop 11 location.
The drive isn't worth saving the extra $5 to $7 but it's the principle.
These pizzas aren't thick enough or have enough toppings to be this price.
Edit again, decided to try the place a few more times and each time the pizza was worse.
Sucks to see that another jacks will probably go out of business over nonsense.
I've gotten probably 8 more pies just hoping things would get better and nothing has changed.
It's still about 1 or 2 out of 10 you buy are ok and edible.
Edit, deleted half the review and raised my starts.
It's getting better, but the new bread sticks aren't very good at all.
11/13 just got another family feast and it's like they put the same amount of topping on the xl as they do the XXL and the sauce was so tangy it was spicy and I couldn't eat bananas peppers with it because it was so tangy.
How can someone have one of the best pizzas in history and turn it into a pizza that's trash 85 percent of the time and ok 10 percent of the time and only good 5 percent of the time.
So tired of wasting my money here thinking it'll get better and I guess every drive will be to the south side jacks where it's usually better.
These breadsticks are trash compared to the older fluffy ones too.
That's probably $300 this jacks location has gotten from me in the last few years on just the pizzas that were bad.
I just don't understand how it's so hard to follow a recipe unless you just don't care about your job.
I've been more times and if I'd add to this review every time I got a bad one, this would be 15 feet long.
I don't know what's going on and if people aren't conscious enough to do things right or they're jolust so happy with bad food that the makers and owners are fine with the taste and quality.
This is officially my last time ever eating at the Rockville Rd store.
$34 to be upset at a thin pizza that's so tangy it's hard to eat.

Location: 8025 Pendleton Pike I’ve been eating Jack’s Pizza my whole life — it’s always been my go-to spot whenever I come home to visit from Las Vegas. Unfortunately, this visit was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience. I ordered my usual pizza (which should’ve had pepperoni, black olives, and banana peppers), but they completely left the pepperoni off. I called to see how they could make it right, and the only thing they offered was a $2 credit. That’s honestly a joke. I spent $62 total (pizza, bread sticks and $15 tips), and instead of making things right or offering a remake, they thought $2 was fair compensation. I’ve always supported Jack’s, but this experience was really disappointing. I should’ve ordered from Papa John’s — at least when they mess up, their customer service actually makes it right.

First and last time I pay $20 for a plain 10 inch pizza. Disappointed. I've bought frozen pizza for $8 that is hands-down better.

Let me start off saying jacks pizza is nostalgic to me the pizza we got today made me feel like I was 17 again eating jacks with friends every weekend as we did back in late 80s early 90s the great thing about jacks is the pizza taste the same as it did 35 years ago I mostly had jacks on the Eastside growing up happy to have a spot like jacks to go to here on the Westside so I want to thank jacks for keeping the food the same its so hard to find anything from your childhood anymore that brings you back with the taste of food ok now that rant is over the staff at this location is awesome they are a joy to talk to so if you haven't tried jacks yet your missing out so shout out to the staff you guys rock thanks for making me feel like 17 again keep up the great work you guys have a fan for life sorry for not having any pics there was nothing left

They always get my order wrong. I'll try and find a different location. It almost seems like it is on purpose. 8/22/25
