Jaggers always serves delicious hot food and this visit was no different. I ordered chicken strips with ranch and an Oreo shake through the drive thru. The order accurate, delicious, provided in a timely manner and with a good attitude. Love that they never forget the ranch

Ordered an online order 20 min before close, got there 5 ish before close, waited and waited and even went thru the drive thru and no one came out or answered then called for someone to answer and say “we didn’t see you guys so we didn’t make it” 😐 $40 down and no food still waiting on refund and waste of gas and time most places close after 10.

The sweet tea at Jaggers tastes like it was brewed by angels with Southern accents, and the spicy chicken sandwich is hands-down the best I’ve ever had; crispy, juicy, and perfectly fiery. One bite and I knew I’d be coming back… probably tomorrow.

Stopped at this place for lunch today. I had the green chili burger without a bun and it was excellent. My boyfriend had the chicken tenders with the country gravy dip. We both liked our meals a lot. He especially liked the fries. The menu consisted of burgers, chicken sandwiches and tenders, and salads and shakes. There was plenty of parking and it was wheelchair accessible.

I just now went through the drive through and I ordered the Korean hot BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Mac and cheese and a drink.. the food is hot and fresh.That's not the problem. The problem was the young blonde girl at the drive through a window. I asked for a fork and a ranch. I then said thank you after she handed me a fork. She started to hand me two 2oz ranch cups. I smiled and so oh thank you, i just need the one cup, i appreciate it. She took it, gave me an annoyed look like I was ruining her day and said nothing. Ignoring me. I snapped back and I said, oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to bother you. I drove off. I am so unhappy with how simple polite interactions have shifted into an inconvenience to the employee.. It was very unprofessional. This has to get better.
The sever that took my order was not very nice and didn’t get my order right that I asked for so I paid for spicy chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese and large drink she didn’t even charge for large drink and proceeded To give me regular water when I did not asked for a water then she gave me regular Dr Pepper I didn’t asked for regular I paid for a large worse experience the lady need to retaught how to take orders and follow directions
