A great fast food chain with so many delicious items! I love to get their chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, & will sometimes just stop by just for a shake (the strawberry one is the best!) The only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars is they forget to give me utensils half the time, have given me a cup with a hole in the bottom before, and their fries are sometimes not the freshest. But overall, delicious and worth it!

3 stars for food because it is warm and fresh. But the burners and fries were soooo salty I couldn’t finish my food! The place seems clean and we received fast service. 3 stars for service because The manager took our order and didn’t listen to the details. So I did have to have that taken care of once I seen the receipt. The chicken strips are good but they do have a little spice so I don’t recommend them for little ones. Noted that as this is listed on the menu.

Great food! Except I forgot to ask for barbecue sauce for my chicken tenders meal but it's okay! My meal was delicious and this is my first time trying the banana split shake, it's so yummy :) I totally recommend this place
Awesome food, legendary service. Harry and his staff took amazing care of my students, our bus driver, and me yesterday as we made our way back to South Bend from our French tournament in Franklin. We especially loved the berry salad and the tater tots. Can't wait to come back again and again. ✨Vegetarian options: I had the berry salad and the tater tots. Loved it.

Great place to eat, hamburgers are so moist and tasty with their home sauce. very polite employees especially Nazire. I told him the Women's bathroom needed toil paper and he immediately took care of situation without a fuss and apologized for any inconvenience We will definitely come back Thank you for hiring such dedicated employees!

Sad to say, Not the greatest experience today... the fry portion has drastically decreased. I got the BBQ cheddar burger and and I am genuinely disappointed. Absolutely no flavor, at all, I could not even taste the BBQ sauce. The burgers itself had absolutely no seasoning at all.. (salt pepper??)When I asked If the fry portion size had been cut down, I was told, "it just depends on whose back in the kitchen." How is that fair to your customers? At all? So, if I go on a Wednesday, I get half the food that I'm paying full price for, but if I go on a Monday I may get the food that I'm used to getting? Why the issue wasnt just made correctly in the first place is beyond my knowledge, clearly. It just doesn't make sense. It's really bad business, and customer service. Its just unfortunate, because we fell in love with Jaggers as a whole a few years ago... food, service, ect. Today we paid Is close to $30 For two kid portioned sized fries, an incredibly bland burger, and a rubbery chicken sandwich.. UNBELIEVABLE.
