Java House (Broad Ripple)

Been trying to contact across multiple platforms for an order status and NO response. I'm now going to have fight to get my money back.

Surprisingly good food at a decent price. Lots of coffee options. Plenty of sitting space too. I was pleasantly surprised!

Ordered the black tea. Brewed too strong and tasted like a budget brand tea. Only one trash can that was at one exit but not the other. I'm probably what you would call a tea aficionado so maybe my tasted are too high end for a coffee place. Take my experience with a grain of salt.

disappointed. finally got to stop here..was in a hurry to an appointment so I had no time to correct their errors. I paid $16 for 2 drinks and one was supposed to be hot and they made it iced. gave us no straws. We wont be back. 😔

A great charging station… on almost all levels! Good people and good atmosphere. Location is perfect.

My wife and I went to the Java House booth at the Snap On 250 Milwaukee Mile. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had a decaf cold brew that was very good! I would have it again. My wife had a hydration drink that was good also.

Holy smokes the service has gone downhill. I had a problem with my rewards, and while the cashier and I were busy working it out amicably, the other employee decided to be passive aggressive and make my drink without syrup. Seriously, what do you get out of that? There's no shortage of excellent coffee shops in Broad Ripple, so Java House just lost a longtime customer.

Jumped on the Monon Trail at Monon Trail Access - Rohrer Road and biked to Java House…it’s on the trail. Perfect stop! Great vibe and amazing coffee as always.

RUN .. YES RUN FAR AWAY FROM Java House! I placed an order 10 days ago and have yet to receive my order or any shipping/tracking information! THIS IS A HUGE INTERNET SCAM!!

I come on and off to this location. They need to do something about the small skinny guy who wears glasses he is very very rude! Everyone else has always been nice to me and my family

An absolute gem! The crew is very mindful of serving a quality product consistently. My wife and I have visited here a couple of times when we’re in from NY, and the fruit juice options remind her of the Chinese bubble tea she loves back home.

I don’t have a sweet tooth, but the cloudy mocha coldbrew would be dangerous to have around too often.

Nice big seating area near the monon. Great atmosphere like a brewery almost. Very clean and spacious. Kind an attentive service.

I am having problems with customer service I purchased product on Monday have left two emails with no response I still have not FedEx tracking number yet they took the money out of my account
