I am having problems with customer service I purchased product on Monday have left two emails with no response I still have not FedEx tracking number yet they took the money out of my account
Their hot cold brew is disgusting, which means no hot drinks on cold days. Their cold cold brew is fine.
6.11.25 update ... This cold brewed thing can't be legal ... I've stopped by Java every time I pass ... I might be riding back in the dark from my rt lunch stop at Bookers in Kirkland.... and here I am updating this review .. the light Ethiopian has its hooks in me ..
I drink a lot of coffee ... Coffee shops ... Etc... this 'cold brew' coffee is worth the little bit higher price... no bite ... Ethiopian light worked for me ... Served hot...
good product. however, it seems you have about a 2 in 5 chance of your order being right.
I have been ordering online and having it delivered to my home. Visiting Indianapolis I had a chance to visit a Java House location in person. Great service and variety of drink options.
Wow! The whip cream on their drinks is amazing. The drinks are also pretty good as well. Loved the location in Broad Ripple. The indoor/outdoor feel is great.
I got a strawberry smoothie which was very average. Me and my friend grabbed these unlabeled edible straws with no price and in front of the counter and they made us pay for something they didn’t label so we assumed it was free. The girl wasn’t the nicest about It and was kind of dismissive.
Fake job postings wasted my time don’t even bother with this company Unprofessional can’t even provide real interviews
Went to 2 locations; Washington St yesterday and New York St. today. Hands down the best Americano I’ve had from a coffee shop. I get it hot and plain, and the flavor is smooth and amazing. Purchased their boxed concentrate today. Both locations had 3 staff member, all of whom were friendly and conversational. And if you like baked goods, the cappuccino muffin was the best muffin ever, I wish I could replicate the taste and texture at home!!
Amazing coffee on the Monoon trail!
Dietary restrictions: Half sugar was no problem.

It has modern rustic feel that is inviting and captivating without the stuffy feeling of corporations

The coffee was decent. I was in and out, but it seemed like an easy place to hang out.

Do not go to North Liberty Java House. Today at 1:30 PM I ordered a Cappuccino. When I received my drink, it was only one third full. I asked the Barista if he would pay almost $5.00 for a drink that was only one third full. His sarcastic, snide comment was that "he did not drink coffee." That had nothing to do with the undersized drink. So he went back and added something (?) to the drink and I left. When I was in the car I realized that my drink was still only half full and it was terrible. It tasted like the bottom of a two day old pot of coffee, strong, bitter and undrinkable and I mean truly undrinkable. Had I tasted it inside, no doubt I would have spit it out. I had had enough of this rather large, unpleasant person so I did not bother to go back and complain. Java House got me once but they will never get me again, I will never go to another Java House as long as I live.
Great outdoors for our dog a Minnie Aussie Doodle.(Taylor)

Concentrated coffee…really good.
Typically I order an espresso but the americano is a good alternative.
Also had several sandwiches - grilled cheese, ham and cheese, everything bagel. All flawless.
Highly recommend this place PLUS the broad ripple location is top notch.
