I watched the kid making my to-go order and he put the sauce on the sandwich right after I reiterated that the sauce should have been on the side. I asked to speak to a manager because he ignored me and the way the order was put in. Azure and Philippé talked to me and made me feel valued and listened to, like a valued customer. I wish I’d known so much sooner that this chain carries gluten free bread. The Udi’s gluten free bread was so so good. Fluffy and didn’t even fall apart. The staff asked allergy or preference, which I didn’t mind, cause as soon as I said allergy they started wiping down all food prep surfaces and changing gloves. So if you go here with a gluten allergy/celiacs, maybe let other people go in front of you if you can.

No pics that’s history but this place has great cheese steaks only been there twice both times it was a great experience no issue I grew up in Philadelphia lived in Jersey for good amount of time this is about as close as you get to good stuff.Great work staff👍
