Jersey Mike's Subs

I eat here at least once a month. Sandwiches are awesome. Recent experience: needed a receipt from over a month ago. I called the location where I ordered. They said they could try. Next morning Bobbie from the district office in Zionsville called me and took down some info. Then had the receipt emailed to me within 30 min. Both gentleman I talked to were super nice and gave GREAT customer service!!! Thank you so much for your assistance!!

Subject: Poor Customer Service at Jersey Mike’s – 82nd & Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN

Dear Jersey Mike’s Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location on 82nd & Allisonville Road in Indianapolis, Indiana.

When I asked for my salad to be placed in a bag, the manager on duty told me to “go to Aldi’s” if I wanted it bagged. I found this response to be unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable, especially coming from a manager.

As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and assistance. A simple request for a bag should never be met with sarcasm or a referral to another store.

I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a response regarding how this will be handled moving forward.

There's an entrance before you get there, directions had you do any u turn and going back... Other than that no issue.
