They made my order wrong, when I came in the next time they remade my order. Everything on the wrapper suggested this next order was going to be made correctly…nope, still wrong. I didn’t even bother calling to complain for the second time. I wasn’t gonna drive up there for a third time to have my order made wrong.

I ordered a giant big kahuna chicken sub and my chicken was horrible. It was dry stringy overcooked and looked like cat food. I loved the bread but after being a Penn station enthusiast I thought I would give Jersey Mikes a try. Never again unless they change the chicken. It was absolutely terrible. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich and I was starving. My wife loves the Philly cheesesteak so I tried hers and it was much better. But what a waste of 20 bucks.

A friend of mine went to that jersey mikes on 96th st for an interview today the doors were locked and they were standing behind the counter laughing it’s not his fault he was running late he has to take transportation to get there and the way the city is he should’ve gotten the job but as of that I won’t be eating at that nasty place their sandwiches sucks I rather go to hole in the wall sub sandwich place instead of here

My husband and I ordered sandwiches “to-go” from here tonight. We live about 10 minutes away. Got home to find they only included one of our sandwiches in the bag. My husband went back while I called and asked them if they had a chicken bacon ranch sandwich that had been left behind… they had. I told them we were coming back to get it. My husband gets the sandwich, brings it home, and it was the wrong sandwich entirely. Had to go back a second time. We’ve wasted nearly an hour trying to get the right order. Uneducated people want paid more, but can’t do the most basic job like put the right sandwich in the bag. Pathetic. Also, it was not busy there at the time of this occurrence.
