This was my first time there. The service was fast and it didn't take long for my pizza and I was on my way. I got the pepperoni pizza and enjoyed it. I got the thib crust and it was very good .

Arrived to pick up pizza that was expected to be done at 7 and advised it would be about 5 more minutes. At 7:25 I asked for my order again, because it was well past the time I was told, and was handed a stack of pizzas that had been sitting in the warmer since I arrived.Got home to find my “boat” was made incorrectly. Easy to mix up sausage with onions. Drove back to ask for a corrected “boat” and a refund for their mistake and inconvenience. The “manager” decided that I could have a refund or get a new calzone, but not both. Not sure how both is not in play due to their ineptitude. I chose a refund and to share my experience with each review site and anyone that I come into contact with.

After arriving home I found out that the calzone was made incorrectly. I returned to the store to ask for a corrected calzone and a refund. After all the inconvenience, I was advised I could either have a corrected calzone or refund. I chose the refund and to write a review any place I could find a place to leave a review of the shoddy customer service.

Use to be my favorite Jets location but in the last year, pizza has been hit or miss. It's always extra cheesy and saucy when i didn't ask for that. That messes with the integrity of the crust and pizza as a whole. I even ask for well done and that's not always granted either. Pretty disappointing. I think I'll have to find another location.
