Wow thanks for the review I seen more dissatisfied customers on the customer service tip there than anything and I'm trying to try every black business restaurant in Indianapolis where I'm born and raised and your reviews make me not want to go anywhere in person I was advised to order online and they have doordash so that's what I do to try this restaurant.

I Ordered The Catfish Nuggets With A Side Of Sweet Potatoes And Mac N Cheese Also Got Some Warm And Soft Cornbread Muffins They Were Good This Whole Meal Gets A 9/10 From Me Only 9 Because I Asked The Fish To Be Fried Hard And It Was Just Slightly Undercooked To My Own Personal Liking. Not My First Time Ordering Here But This Is My New Favorite ❤️❤️

Food is good but coustamer service is terrible waited an hr for $30 cheese fries with no warning and don't even try to ask how much longer because you'll just end up getting attitude. I'll never go there again no matter how good the food is they treat you as if they don't care if you come in or not so I'll be choosing not shame such a good talent wasted with terrible coustamer service.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive encountered at a food place… 2 different times I brought a friend to try this place for their first time & I was embarrassed each time. I got a confirmation text saying our food would be ready in 30 minutes. We got there at that time and they had no clue what was going on or where our orders were… Which wouldn’t have been a big deal if we didn’t have to wait 1 HOUR to get our food with bad customer service both times. Usually a well run restaurant Would make you feel that they care about your inconvenience and try to make it right or make you feel better. But they act like they don’t care. I asked for two sauces because that’s the least they could do. She said something about charging me so I asked for a manager. A man came out And his response to my questions were “ I don’t know I just got here..” Then looked at the cashier and said, “are y’all Getting their food?” And walked away.. & I always leave a tip on my order to show my appreciation to the employees.. Bad attitudes and bad customer service makes people not want to spend their money at establishments. I’m not surprised at all the other negative reviews now. I was REALLY UPSET with these experiences. I was the one inconvenienced & I’ve been supportive in multiple ways. Also Sad because I actually liked their food but not worth all the bad experiences or the 30min drive.
