I love the whole team!!! They are all so helpful because I can be a pain sometimes. Especially with the bottled cokes. You guys know who are. Your team always looks out for me when I come in. Especially in the evenings they watch to make sure I get to my truck safely. They are always truly interested when I have conversations with them. Thank you!! You guys feed me but also make feel like I'm in my mom's kitchen.Wheelchair accessibility: They have parking less than one block from the door on Pennsylvania.

Food is great. The problem I have had for the last 3/3 times I've came to the Georgetown location in Indianápolis is the rude service. I order the same thing no matter what Jimmy John's I go to. I can hear making rude comments and talking c@@p about having to make the order. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Customer Service is key!!

I'm an extremely picky eater & all I wanted was cheese & turkey on my sandwich.My boss went to get our food, because the place that I work for orders from there all of the time & this is what I was given.Other than that, no complaints.Thank you.

Lovely people at this location. I was able to order and get my food super fast :) The delivery person (Josie I think was her name) was amazing. Friendly, personable, and very courteous. Definitely will order from here again and encourage anyone else to!!

I've been here twice. The first time I didn't get food because i waited like 5 minutes at the drive thru and no one said and thing. The second time i placed a togo order and it was an hour before close but they had there doors already locked so i had to go through the drive thru. This is the worst jimmy johns. Where the employees just don't seem to care at all.

Literally almost just killed one of their bike drivers driving down a one-way running a red light flying! Followed me to the next light to tell me to slow down? I have a dash cam sir , you were the one who ran the red light, almost striking my vehicle, while cussing me out.Incompetent person to say the least .
